My regular vet and I have spent a full week calling and emailing to set up an MRI. They almost never answer the phone and they definitely don't respond to emails. Finally someone picked up the phone and said "sorry, we don't do MRIs." Now I have to wonder why they didn't respond to my vets submission document requesting one. Or any of my messages and emails doing the same. My pet has been suffering during all this time that's now wasted time. Not cool.
