I was able to get a same-day appointment at Sol Salon. Angelica cut my hair exactly as I wanted. She was also very kind and gave me tips on caring for my curly hair. I'll definitely come back to Angelica! There's also parking in the back, which is a plus.

My first visit connected me with Angelica, who performed a small miracle on my hair. I'd been growing it out for the last six months after the worst haircut of my life, which is way too long to go between cuts for my very thick, curly hair. It was a disaster and I was seriously embarrassed about how awful the last cut was. But thanks to Angelica (hope I spelled that correctly) I now have, by far, the best haircut I've ever received. So glad I found her and Sol Salon!

Had a great haircut at Sol, I made a last minute appointment which was no problem. I got an amazing haircut and it was a really great deal since I didn't do any color. I will be back!

I haven't gotten a haircut in over a year, so I wanted to find a salon to cut my hair for donation and then stylize it. I've always wanted to try out Sol Salon because it's a local business and I heard good reviews. My experience was fantastic. I wasn't quite sure what type of short hair style I wanted, so Grace patiently worked with me to figure out what would work best for my hair and face. She took her time and was very thoughtful. She gave me some great tips on how to take care of my hair. Everyone there was very welcoming and the whole atmosphere was comfortable and fun. I would definitely recommend Sol Salon. I might make my annual hair cut twice a year now. Hah!

I love Jan one of the hairdressers there. She's amazing and she's a wonderful human being. I always feel great coming out of there and there's no attitude like there is in Beverly Hills. She has wonderful skills.

I had a great experience! I went in for a layered haircut with a shag vibe to it and I was appointed with Grace. She did an awesome job with asking me questions about what exactly I was looking for. Throughout she was very nice and we had great conversation. I was really excited and happy with my new hair and definitely will be coming back :) thank you for my new hair I love it !

Customer service is terrible. They don't pick up the phone or answer voicemails. I just now got a Yelp message response for an inquiry from 4 weeks ago. Last year I reached out to this salon as well and was texting with someone who completely ghosted me after a couple of text exchanges. I don't understand.

Faith Maxson is our favorite hairdresser at Sol Salon. My daughters will not go to anyone else to do their hair. Sol salon is on Washington blvd in Culver City. Faith is personable and friendly. My kids enjoy talking stories with her. If you're looking for a good hairdresser, try Faith at Sol Salon in CC.

I've been coming here to see Grace for over 15 years! She's always done the best layers and even though I live further away now, I will still make the drive to see her! Her prices are reasonable and she always cuts my hair exactly how i ask!

I can be a world class procrastinator, and since my long time trusted hair guy retired, I put off getting my hair cut for YEARS. I finally bit the bullet and found Sol Salon, practically around the corner from home. Despite my clumsy attempt to describe anything, Grace put me at ease with some education about what works (and doesn't) for my long fine hair. Then she showed me a photo. I had seen it before, and really liked the look, but I thought it wouldn't work with the willy-nilly length of my hair. I was wrong. I left looking 1000% better. In the famous words of a sentient machine from the future, "I'll be back".
