You guys need to put more effort into the up keep of your gear. Maintain it properly. I worked in your studio recently and the gear (mostly Profoto related), was in poor shape. When you're charging top dollar (like you do!), you need to do better.

There was a Caucasian man in VIP row smoking a cigarette indoors during Fashion Week. When I asked him to put it out he gave attitude and said Don't you know who I am?! Perhaps he worked for Smashbox or the designer. Very surprised there was no other staff to deal with the situation in VIP section that also included staff from LA Weekly.

Great facilities, awesome coffee bar, super helpful front desk. Valet is super convenient, but can get tight when all studios are occupied and street parking can be limited.

The staff here are all amazing. Especially those working in EQ. Harrison and Mike are always so pleasant and helpful. I always try to shoot here and rent from here when in town!

I do COVID testing here for a lot of video shoots like Billboard, RollingStone and more. They are always accommodating and very nice. I love testing here and the parking lot guy always lets me park in the front.

My wife was part of a photo shoot and I had bring along our son. EVEYYONE there was truly amazing. From the receptionist at the front desk to the coffee barista. My son and I were even challenged to a game of table tennis. The group of people that you guys have working there Is truly amazing. Thank you.

This is a great studios, really nice big white stages. We shot a lot here and often had to take out the whole place. The staff are nice and the food is great. It is pretty conveniently situated if you or the talent are staying in Hollywood. I highly recommend it as a space to use. Also there is a lot of parking which works really nicely.
