He was great!! He knows his stuff my phone wouldn't charge after for nearly 2weeks. He had it fixed in 48 hours!! Work perfectly I'm very impressed!!!!

Good guy. I've been here several times because I've compared prices (serious about the prices, some of these other places charge crazy prices), wait times (I waited 2 hours at uBreakiFix for a repair this guy did in 10 minutes), and overall experience with other phone repair places in West LA, and this guy is the best one by far. If you have an old phone, this is the guy to go to.

The nice man help me fix my dads phone battery. A couple years later we came back to get my moms phone battery. Great service. He was fast. Better price in the mar vista area.

Would you do business at a place where the guy contradicts your explanation about a battery replacement is needed? His response was that I have "too many apps" and that I am using apps that drain the battery. It seems to me that it is my decision and responsibility how many apps I have and which ones I make use of. Until about two weeks ago, none of this had any impact on the battery. I wen to get a replacement because the battery was draining too fast. I never had anyone tell me "if you don't like it, go somewhere else?" BUT THAT IS MY RECOMMENDATION TO ALL FUTURE CUSTOMERS.

My old iPhone SE hasn't been working properly since an Apple Store ruined my phone during a battery replacement fiasco. I had the good fortune to walk into "Smart Buy" a little iPhone repair store on 4119 Sepulveda Blvd. The gentleman in this store is an iPhone / iPad specialist. I have taken other phones and will be taking my iPad for a new screen. The honesty and work done by the Smart Buy store is satisfactory and exceeded my expectations. In all, a pleasant experience. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a good technician to repair your iPhone/ iPad. Thank you Smart Buy store my phone is working well since you fixed the Apple Store's deleterious work to my phone.

This guy doesn't know what he's doing. If you bring your phone here, he's going to give it back to you worse than when you left it, and not only will he not accept responsibility for new damages that he clearly caused, but he'll try to charge you to fix it.

This is the store to go to if you have problems with your phone! My phone inadvertently got washed in the washing machine. I took it in and he was able to repair it. It’s literally a miracle. I highly, highly recommend.

I somehow managed to completely crack my rear camera lens on my Samsung cellphone and was panicked about how I was going to get it fixed and how much it would cost. Was so thrilled to find this place. The owner (or manager?) was extremely kind and professional. Fixed it for me within a matter of minutes -- as good as new -- and for an extremely reasonable price. I am very appreciative and hope everybody patronizes this store so that he doesn't go out of business, like so many small businesses these days. FYI parking wasn't a problem as there are a few spaces right next to the store and there weren't more than two customers at a time in the store. However, it might be hard to get into the lot from Sepulveda going north, so I came around the back street so I could enter the lot from Sepulveda southbound.

I've been in here a few times as I tend to hold onto my phones for a REALLY long time. I had some problems with my iPhone battery and the guy fixed it at a reasonable price and quickly I've been in other times and the guys honest because he told me that it wasn't worth the hassle of fixing my phone for the price it would cost and I'd be better off buying a new one. He didn't even try to sell me on buying a phone thru him although he does sell refurbished phones. He's nice and knowledgeable. The store isn't that pretty to look at as stuff is kind of everywhere but considering the value and convenience you get its still worth going there.

The man who runs this business is very kind and helpful. He even stayed open 10 mins past close to fix my iPhone screen (called and asked if they were open and he told me he'd stay for me). And yes it's a few bucks cheaper than other competitors in area! Quick- takes like 10 mins for him to replace iPhone screen. Thank you again! Will be back (but hopefully not) haha

Went to T-Mobile they couldn't fix my phone or wouldn't but they wanted to give me a brand new phone went to this guy on Sepulveda Boulevard see fix my phone in an hour and a half new front glass T-Mobile told me my phone was too old
