My goodness gracious! The customer service here was amazing. The gentleman was patient, determined my needs and presented me, not before asking if I was in a hurry, with options that were closer to my price range. His Manager was polite too and helped me with an issue I had with my gift receipt. I've been to skecher warehouse and never was I given such attention as I was here.Usually I stress to buy myself stuff that I need but here it was comforting and no stress. Thank you all so for your help

This Skechers store is neatly arranged with great customer service. A variety of men and women’s shoes. The new slip in line is catching on. And the arch fit series is selling a lot. They have wide shoes as well.

I like the brand, it is very comfortable, the models are beautiful, in the store, the girls and boys who serve are very attentive and always aware of the customers' needs, friendly and suggest models that we might like, 5 stars for them !

Yesterday I went to SKECHERS in Culver City at the Westfield Mall. "Vanessa" the manager made my shopping experiences one of the best I ever had. Over the past two weeks I had already exchanged three separate pairs of walking shoes from Hoka. I had been wearing Hokas for the last three years & suddenly they were not working anymore without cutting up my feet, despite fittings & size changes. Vanessa was extremely knowledgeable about other brands. She explained to me with logic the pros & cons of various selections until she fit me with a pair that felt like a dream. She assured me that if they didn't work out to come back to exchange them. Vanessa helped me as if she was my best friend. She is so real & earnest. What a gem.
