After struggling to find a sustainable workout routine because of recurring back pain caused by years of running, I decided to give weightlifting a try, even though it felt intimidating. After 3+ months at SixPax, I've been pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoy the program and love the changes I'm seeing in myself! All of the coaches are very friendly, know you by name, and are the perfect blend of encouraging & challenging. It's also refreshing and motivating to see all ages and body types at the gym doing the program! The free kickboxing classes are a great bonus too :) I would highly recommend SixPax to anyone wanting to grow in their fitness journey!

This gym helped me fall in love with weightlifting, and no one saw that coming, including me. It is a friendly and diverse community. All the coaches go an extra mile and the owner is a caring & dedicated person. I recommend it to anyone wanting accountability and expertise for their fitness goals.

SixPax gym is the best!!! The trainers are so motivating and it’s actually fun to go to the gym and work out. The small group classes make it really welcoming and they pay attention to your form which I appreciate. Can’t recommend enough!

Excellent gym. Great staff and personal trainers who care a lot about your fitness journey and are extremely flexible with scheduling. Highly recommend this place to anyone on their fitness journey at any level. These guys will challenge you every step of the way and get you desired results if you follow the program.

I’ve been a member for a year, and have made more gains than ever before. The trainers and owner listen to your goals and apply the correct positive pressure to get you there. This is hands down the best gym on the West Side.

In a static life, a gym on Sepulveda Blvd. became my haven. The rhythmic sound of hammers hitting tires introduced me to simplicity, silence, and a sense of community at Six Pax Gym. Outside, I released negativity on punching bags, preventing the past from repeating. Inside, on the treadmills, I found motivation, fueled by the determination of fellow members. The gym's familial connection, framed achievements, and shared goals transformed my health and self-image. Grateful for Six Pax Gym, I now wake up appreciating the strong, badass woman I've become.

i love this gym!! as someone who has never been very athletic or a regular gym-goer, sixpax has been such a welcoming and positive environment that i didn't expect when i wanted to start working out. i came here after gaining a lot of relationship weight and ended up losing 30lbs in 6months which i really didn't think was possible. the exercises are simple to do and they tailor your training to your comfort level so it's all very approachable. although the space gives an old-school vibe, don't be intimidated. the trainers and other members are some of the friendliest and most supportive people you'll meet! SixPax is such a special place. The coaches take their time to get to know you and your needs. The workouts are effective and you always feel like you've put in 100% of your effort into the 30-minute sessions. Each class has no more than 6 people so that you always receive that personalized attention and form corrections that make all the difference in your training. I'm happy to say that I learned the most about training and health while at SixPax. I am so glad to have been part of SixPax and hope to be back soon!

SixPax Gym is the greatest- small, personalized, attentive to your specific goals. Coaches are so encouraging and respond to feedback about your needs. Enjoy the atmosphere, love the small classes. I prefer the group setting: encouragement of my fellow trainees and feeding off of our collective energy. The owner, Siavish, is very attentive and encouraging as well; always available for any questions and provides valuable feedback with his deep knowledge. The situation could be intimidating with his bodybuilding experience, but he provides lots of encouragement and energy whatever your goals may be. You get out of it what you put into it and they are there for you. I like the fact that it's a small, local business in Culver City, not those corporate gyms

I was hesitant on gyms in general. Never thought I might be someone who could handle the perceived pressure of doing a workout with other people. Yet, I looked at many places and gave SixPax a try. OMG... the best. Very welcoming, very supportive. They work to your pace and abilities - but are unafraid to kick you up a notch if they see you not struggling. I really like all the people there and look forward to my workouts.
