DO NOT GET YOUR MAKEUP DONE HERE. I had the most horrible experience this weekend. I scheduled a makeup appointment here months ago for my best friends wedding. Upon arrival, the store was locked and I was told it was a system error, cancelled my appointment after standing outside for 30 minutes, and they were unable to reschedule me. Complete waste of time, and I had to scramble for another makeup artist at Ulta (they did a great job). The worst part is that They said a store manager would reach out to me and they have yet to call me. They don’t care about you. Shame on you Sephora. You’ve been warned, Go to Ulta instead

As my sister and I were browsing around at this location, we had a great experience with Bianca, she is very nice, approachable, passionate and professional at how she helped assist my sister with her make up needs and she knew what was recommended for her, definitely coming back to this location again and again, rating this location a 10 out of 10

I went to get my eye makeup done here Saturday and it was great and I was really happy with it but the makeup artist asked if I wanted eyelashes and just said sure and she did not mention to that they were an extra cost and not only that - that they were double the cost of the eye makeup. So the total was $60 when the original cost was $30. When I mentioned it to the makeup artist she acted confused and then said oh it's because of the lashes and I said you didn't tell me and she didn't apologize. It sucks because it felt very out of integrity so even though I loved the makeup I won't go back.

Just shopped at Sephora in the Westfield Mall. Ashley was amazing! She found the perfect lipstick shade for me and helped me find a good scrub for my 72 year old skim. Thank you Ashley!

I popped in while waiting for my car to get serviced and figured I'd pick up some stuff I was running out of. I was greeted by Ashley who was so upbeat and friendly. She let me know about all of the promotions that were going on. I couldn't find two things I had been looking for and was assisted by Cody, who had checked on me earlier. Cody double checked the back and in the system for me and confirmed that they were out of stock but that it could be ordered online. I appreciate the thoroughness and kindness. I've never been tended to so kindly and in a way that I felt the employees really cared, like I have at this location. This is my new store now. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they were out of a lot of products that I initially came in for, but otherwise they're great!

Rudy! This is the name that you need to ask for if you want the best customer service at this location. Came in for a exchange possible refund came out with something better. The previous Sephora location that I visited didn't do right by me. I'm not picky, but I am in customer service myself, and I appreciate him going to distance With his service attitude knowledge of product what could you ask for. Thank you Rudy I will definitely be coming back again even if it's a bit of a drive it's worth the service. Thank you so much. I hope that management there appreciates you and what you bring to the tablethank you again

Came to this location because this is where my husband bought my Christmas gifts. I didn't like the YSL perfume, so we went to exchange it. Walked in with the box of perfume and receipt in hand and went straight to the register. Explain to the young lady at the register that I wanted to exchange it. She handed the box and receipt back to me and told me no problem, hold on to my item, and go look to see what I wanted to exchange it with. So I'm looking around, and my husband is also. All of a sudden, a guy who appears to be a little out of his mind starts messing with the perfumes and colognes and crossing back in fourth in front of me. Then I look to my right, and there is this Hispanic man looking in our direction. I'm thinking he's looking like what this man is doing. Come to find out he is LP and let the man that he claims is always in there stealing walk around and touch everything. Then he allegedly throws him out. Then I go get in line to talk to the sales associate that initially helped me and LP approaches me out of anybody that was in line asking do I need help, I tell him that I was there to do an exchange and then here comes the manager behind him like oh I can help you. Then I tell her I want to exchange my item for the YSL Libre Intense, she says huh I repeat myself even though I know she heard me. So we walk over there, and my husband is still over there, and he asks her for the bottle of the YSL cologne. She asks if that is all I say yes. As she walks us to the front of the store to a handheld checkout, I ask my husband if I can get Kilian Good Girl gone bad. He says yes. I asked her for it. She then grabs the two bottles and hold them close to her chest, and walks to the back. She has a girl bring the bottle out. We left out of that store, spending over 500 dollars. As we were leaving out of the store, I just replayed everything back in my head. LP was watching us the whole time, I believe the man that was acting crazy was LP also, and that was their way to get close to watch us. SEPHORA CULVER CITY, EVERY BLACK PERSON DOES NOT STEAL, BLACK PEOPLE CAN AFFORD NICE THINGS. STOP BEING RACIST AND STEREOTYPING. YOU WERE TO BUSY WATCHING US WHEN OTHER PEOPLE WERE PROBABLY IN THERE STEALING. I WILL NO LONGER PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION.

It’s So much fun to visit this location’There is always something that you might need to try for the first time here! Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly’ my favorite makeup headquarters is all in one place! I would recommend this Sephora beauty store to everyone!

I can't believe the hygiene of this store. It blows my mind how they can offer to sample products on you when the makeup products are cakeddd in product, perched on dusty shelves. The floors are filthy with used makeup applicators and dust. They need to do better.
