“Public storage staff need improvements when it comes to customer service. I will focus on the personnel that went far and beyond to assist me. Patrice was clocked out when she came to my rescue on "code troubleshoot" . She went back, reset it, and gave me a new code, all after the facility had closed. Ashley helped me register over the phone, when the property manager told me "I can't do this over the phone". Public Storage ladies "You Rock!!! PS men, learn from these ladies. Patrice and Ashley should get a promotion, or at the very least, a raise.”
