The Savage Fenty Store in Westfield Mall is one of my absolute favorite retailers, and being a VIP member makes the experience even better. I could easily spend an entire day there, especially enjoying the exclusive VIP dressing room. It’s the largest one, with super sexy lighting that creates the perfect ambiance. I must admit, I always take some amazing and sexy pictures in there!
The selection of products is fantastic, and the overall atmosphere is just incredible. I can't wait to visit again and enjoy another fabulous shopping experience. Highly recommend this store to everyone!

Went in to get my monthly sets and was instantly helped by Jocelyn M. Throughout my time she kept checking in on me making sure I was okay while assisting other customers! She was the best !!! Thank you Jocelyn for making my shopping experience great !!! ????

Customer service here sucks. When my friend and I walked in (Friday night June 21), the staff stayed cliqued up and seated. We asked if there were any sales like the website which was currently offering $10 bras and $3 panties. They were rude and sounded offended that we even asked.
We did like the mannequins being inclusive. The products were cute and also expensive compared to Victoria’s Secret. Will never return to this location.

If corporate is reading these reviews, you need to fire each and every one of those employees that work there. They are not working at all and they are offering no customer service whatsoever. The girl that had glasses on just said "Hey." and kept talking, in the back of the store, with a light-skinned girl. The front of the store is completely unattended and that is a loss prevention problem. Those girls that work there are slacking off and corporate needs to check in on that store alot more often before that store gets shut down. I also seen some customers want to shop but there are no associates in the front of the store to turn those lookers into buyers. This store is empty for a reason and it's a lack of real work being done by those associates. I would like corporate to pay a visit to this location and improve the quality of the store.

I called and the person at this store who answered was not friendly at all. She answered my questions very robotically and did not even say goodbye. I read the other reviews and they said the customer service is terrible here. I was looking for a new lingerie shop but I'll take my business elsewhere. Don't waste your time.

When in today to exchange something things I ordered online. Amanda and Joseline were very helpful and nice. The exchange was very easy thanks to Amanda. I believe that they need a bigger store with more items that I see online. I'm a big fan of Riri?

Ashley was magnificent! The vibe in the store was sensual and welcoming. Ashley went above and beyond to help my family make decisions, she answered our questions with patience. Went in today to get some sets and the young ladies there didn’t even greet they were too busy having a conversation. The. When I asked a question they basically said it would be better if I went online the proceeded to continue their conversation. I walked out without buying anything today. When the store first opened that staff was amazing but these last couple of times I’ve been the customer service was horrible.

I loved the store I enjoyed walking thru seeing Rihanna s decore talent and very sexy clothes for men and women displayed so Beautifully I got a big discount bc I was a member was able to use my points ..$330 ..only paid $32.00 yall better get to the Culver City store..I ve shopped at the Vegas store b4 I bought some one of a kind designs yesterday...
