Awful service today . Empty store, the ladies were playing with hair tinsel- came in with a question & needed help. Waited almost ten minutes. Disappointing. Clean and Great selection of products though as always.Update: Disappointing customer service response - they make you call a number that doesn’t go anywhere but to pay a bill and offers no real solution.

Great people working here they are very helpful. Extremely knowledgeable, and they care - genuinely.I spoke to the 2 ladies here. Elizabeth, Manager and Monica and I had a really good time learning about new products.They also helped me register on the app.Good work, Salon Centric hiring such great people

Everybody that works at this location is super nice but Wendy and Ivan really stand out to me for their amazing customer service! They are the sweetest and really go out of their way to make my shopping experience pleasant. The store is always kept clean and tidy. Thanks so much for everything! :)

We were lucky to get street parking and the store is clean but some of their main supplies were low. Great products though.

I love this Salon Centric! It's super close to my current salon so easy to get to. Parking is always pretty easy as well. The staff is very knowledgeable on products and always super helpful if I ever need recommendations! I go here for majority of my products and they are always nicely stocked!

Place looks nice and had what I needed, it was an awkward interaction with the guy at first then the nice young girl helped me, but then I couldn't purchase anything. Because they are only a whole sale store... and only sell to people with a cosmetic license. Which is silly because most of the prices are high and it would've been nice to know with a sign or stated on Google but For that I give it 2 stars
