Definitely didn't like the experience here. The self-checkout might as well still just have a regular worker. You basically just scan the stuff and then you take it up to have the tags taken off and have them bag it up and still have to go through a whole process. Makes no sense. Let alone security look like it was following me and my wife around the store. The whole damn time. I'm good

It is one of the closest stores where I was and where we made a fairly large purchase. In the luggage department we found a girl's suitcase, somewhat dirty and damaged but it was the granddaughter's favorite. We asked if there was no discount due to the damage and quality of the product, and they told us no, that they already had their discount. What a shame that the explanation from the cashier or supervisor that day was so brief: "Do they take it or not?

Just watched one of the female workers touch and use body butter with bare hands that went back on the return carts in the front, yuck.

Customer service here is awful. The two times I used their self-checkout I was made to feel like a criminal. I don't understand the point of having two employees stand by as you exit the self-service to check your bags to confirm that you paid for your items - why not just have those two employees at a cash register to check you out and get rid of self-check as it appears you don't trust that your customers are paying at the self-checkout?
