With a name like Rolling Greens, you’d think they might be located on the Venice boardwalk. Instead, they are up top an unlikely hill in Culver, with an epic view across to the Santa Monica mountains.
I bought a succulent here, and a pot for the aforementioned succulent. The service I received was excellent. The employees, which were plentiful, were happy to engage with me and knowledgeable.
They even potted the plant for me (it was a gift), and gift packaged it for a reasonable fee. Full stars.

This place is a joke. Everyone that works there has absolutely no knowledge of plants whatsoever. It's full of enough people you'd think someone would have a bit of knowledge, not the case here, just full of a bunch of water boys. Plants are nice a little on the pricey side, but the staff is absolute trash

I went here for the first time yesterday looking for several plants to add to my patio. I had a specific design in mind and was looking forward to having a healthy variety to select from. Unfortunately they were out of large rosemary and didn't carry any varieties of old garden roses...which I actually couldn't find anywhere near central LA.
As a first timer here, I was a bit confused as to how to go about selecting and purchasing. From the time I walked in and during the 20+ minutes I spent browsing the grounds I wasn't acknowledged by any staff. I saw several people who appeared to work there but they just quickly walked by me. I eventually went back up to the main level and waited in line to ask the cashier. I was told to reach out to one of the staff working the large grounds so that they could create a list for me to take to back to the cashier.
After doing that I was eventually approached by a guy in the succulent area who asked if I needed anything. He was pretty helpful and answered all my questions - seemed very knowledgeable, and helped me select some nice options.
Ultimately, I spent $200 on 5 medium sized (5 gal) plants, which I thought was a little pricey. I wanted to buy a few pots, but they were all very overpriced (large pots $300+). The other garden center I usually go to has nice, large clay & ceramic pots for $175 or less.
When I started potting the plants at home I noticed an alarming amount of ants, spiders, and other bugs. I know bugs are difficult to avoid, especially if inventory is kept outside; however, I didn't have that issue with the plants I purchased from the other garden center which has a dense selection, all kept outdoors. The critters were excessive to the point that I panicked and immediately sealed off my patio to finish potting and thoroughly clean.
I'm not sure if I'll be back, but it is a beautiful place to peruse.

Got there at 4:30pm and they closed at 5pm. Went to level 1 and it was beautiful! Once they closed we tried to sneak to see level 2 before exiting but was quickly told they closed lol. Great customer service, beautiful plants and the weather was amazing today in LA it was hot in there as it was 82 degrees today. Recommendation is to bring water if you go on a sunny day.

This place is a piece of heaven located right in Culver City. I found the cutest pot in their sale sections and was blown away by the variety of plants, pots, and accessories. I will be back!!

Always magical. Heading home from LAX, went straight in for a fix of Rolling Greens before going home. Yeh- I know my priorities.

Wow, way to make a long time loyal customer feel unappreciated. They have been giving me their trade discount for years and all the sudden have determined that I no longer fit the requirements. I have never seen such a stuck up, pretentious attitude towards customer service. Happy to take my business elsewhere where it is actually appreciated.

When I think of a garden center I think of a place that carries not only decorative plants, but also vegetables, fruits, herbs and the supplies to grow them. This is more of a landscaping and decorative plants center, it turns out. I came here looking for seeds and was told they don't sell them. Didn't see any vegetable plants, and just one shelf of fertilizers and soil. It seems like a nice option if you're looking for yard or indoor plants, though. The store is at the end of a very steep and roughly paved road. It looked like they had a small parking lot in the top level, but most people were on the street.

Love my neighbourhood nursery! They have some of the coolest indoor plants. I often pair some of the more interesting plants with some of the more interesting pottery as presents for birthdays and housewarmings. They’re not the cheapest, but most plants and arrangements last. Staff here can be particularly helpful, especially when it comes to packing outdoor plants into your car. I also love the arrangement bar staff. They’re very approachable and keen to assemble those gifts for me.

What a snooty, pretentious nursery with such egos. They inflate their prices way above nearly every other area nursery. They tell you to consult with a gardener because they don't have a clue what they're doing. They jerk you around and drag things out for ages. Send your business to other area nursery's that charge way less and aren't out to scam you.

Beautiful place, many options. Extremely over priced though, for pretty much everything I looked at. Repotting a small plant was $25. They also do not take cash which is a big downside in my opinion. The Woman at the registers was not friendly, the one other person who worked there that I interacted with was helpful.

I was back again this afternoon to get more pots from the clearance section and I found two beautiful extra large green pots that is perfect for the two 15 gallon olive trees I bought a few days ago. What a bargain. I also browsed through the Christmas stuff and purchased cute birds and a few ornaments. The products here are unique and beautiful.
