As a new resident in town, I transferred my medication to your pharmacy for convenience. However, upon picking up my prescription, I was surprised to find that I had been given 30 pills instead of the 10 I needed. When I raised this concern with the pharmacist, I was informed that I would be charged for all 30 pills regardless.
The pharmacist said, and I quote, "if you don't take them then they will be sold, and I will have to wait," so I purchased the entire quantity. However, upon opening the container at home, I discovered that it contained only 10 pills, as originally prescribed. This discrepancy in quantity, coupled with the higher cost compared to my previous pharmacy, has left me feeling taken advantage of and dissatisfied with my experience.
A refund for the cost of the extra pills that were not provided to me is warranted. I would hope that transparency and fair treatment are provided to customers, and I hope that Rite Aid will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation.

Really openly transphobic towards me. Misgendering and other comments while I try to work (gay bullying me with customer too) really going out of their way to try to make harassment casual (anti trans / gender harassment)

I just picked up my migraine medicine from Pharmacist Gozie and tech Marlenie who both provided excellent customer service! I hope that this Rite Aid location stays open! I don't know what else I would do without them! Hats off to this team! And thank you for being so knowledgeable and helpful and kind!

I love this Rite Aid store Pharmacy and staff are so friendly and provide excellent customer ervice and keep me up to date on my shots and vaccines and my meds!

I called this Pharmacy and the phone rang for 4 minutes and 3 seconds and the lady said I'm with a customer she put me on hold then I held for over 10 minutes and I hung up and then when I called back it said that they were basically at lunch so I'm like she put me on hold and went to lunch. Wow! I'm looking for another pharmacy since the one on Slauson and Crenshaw closed. At least they answered their phones. I've called 2 Rite Aids and 1 CVS and haven't been able to speak with anyone. It's a shame!!! Been on the phone for about 45 minutes. Down right SHAME!!!

Rite Aid located at 11096 Jefferson Blvd., Culver City CA is now my go-to store for Thrifty Ice Cream. This brand is by far one of the best on the market -- rich, creamy & great taste. My favorite flavor is chocolate malted krunch. Thrifty Ice Cream offers an exceptional value when on sale two half gallons for $8.00. The staff are very nice & helpful, especially when I can't reach ice cream containers from the top shelf.

An oldie but goodie! It's right next to my kid's school so we walk over sometimes to buy candy. The cashiers are always very sweet and they're usually running some kind of special. Quick and easy and pleasant experience.

Closed at 9:40pm. The closing time is always before 10 pm. This Rite Aid customer service is super inconsistent. Came in a couple of days ago and the employee counting the register seemed bothered that he had to stop counting in order to ring me up and was rushing me and said the rewards program doesn’t work so there was no need to put in my phone number? I’m guessing simply because he wanted to count the register early to close earlier than 10PM closing time? Also, please train your employees properly and tell them to stop following me all over the store!! I frequently visit this location and following me all over the store specially the beauty section has got to stop, I have never given them any reason to do such an awful insulting thing as to follow me through the sections I visit intentionally giving me anxiety and making me feel uncomfortable while I shop. If the employees are going to follow customers they must actually really do their job correctly and follow every single customer instead of profiling.

One of the nicer ones I've visited. Compared to the one I used to be closer to in Hollywood, this is a Four Seasons compared to a Motel 6. I don't usually like taking painkillers, but I had to find a specific one within a couple days timeframe. Rite-Aid not only had it, but it was less expensive here than CVS, etc. They also have a Thrifty's on-site and although I didn't get any on this visit, it took willpower to walk out. Plenty of parking since this is a decent-sized shopping center with a Panera, Pavilions, etc.
