Pharmacy: Easy pickup process and the app is convenient for seeing what is ready in addition to the normal reminder phone calls.
Store: very nice employees that are always helpful. I really appreciate them and genuinely feel bad for them because it’s clearly due to management that the place is understaffed. This location gets really crowded because of the large parking lot/being near major streets and freeways. Hopefully management stops overwhelming the nice people that work here.
There is also Thrifty ice cream at this place with the cones and everything :)
I have a very positive experience frequenting this place.

the customer service at this pharmacy is trash!! the head pharmacist is the worst i've ever seen. ive sent several complaints to the executive offices. with one response, service is no better. i have 1 birth control left there, it took 2 hours for anyone to answer. everyone there likes to play the blame game. there is one little older lady that actually works there. and they try to blame her fo all the mistakes. i left this pharmacy almost a year ago, with pleasure. my experience today was just as expected...trash!! good luck with even getting tge right medication here. 2 times they gave me the wrong meds. smh!!

Manager was VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!! The manager wouldn't let me by COLD medicine on behalf of DoorDash for a customer. He said he had to have a physical ID versus my virtual drivers license. A young Hispanic guy, that's obviously at least 10 years younger that me. This was very inconvenient. I never even had to show my id for medicine that already has been purchased through DoorDash for someone else at 3 something AM.

Extremely unprofessional and inefficient pharmacists. I needed some urgent anbtibiotics for an infection ASAP. I unfortunately, not having ever experienced the pharmacies in LA yet, just picked one nearer to my home. Big mistake.
I went at 8 pm and the useless pharmacist named "Mike" in a blue coat told me to wait 20 minutes. 20 minutes to find a pair of antibiotics that are probably commonly prescribed. OK.
Then he said no need to wait and the system will text you when it's ready. I wait till 10 pm. 2 hours. No text. Then they closed and so did the other stores nearby. Now the 20 minutes became 20 hours because I am fasting and cannot even start in the morning. This is absolutely unacceptable from a medical professional. I'd urge everyone to avoid this for urgent medication, especially if this "Mike" person is in the front.

I had an order to pick up ,I was beginning for the restroom i almost do it on my self they keep telling me they are coming to open the restroom, i dropped the order and went home.

So I had a late night craving for a scoop of thrifty ice cream so I came in to rite aid excited. It was around 10:45 pm when I walked to the ice cream section when the employee working there told me the ice cream is closed to come before 10 pm which I've never heard of because I've been there on occasions past 12 and seen them serving ice cream. I would understand if it was busy but the store was empty. So idk when this rule went into affect but it was very unfortunate because I've been going for many years and especially for the thrifty ice cream.

Went in today for and the cashier/ lead/manager (not sure his title) was extraordinary. Kind, efficient and so helpful. Best customer service experience I have had in a long time .

Saturday, March 9, 2024 My wife and I had an appointment for a COVID booster vaccination at another Rite Aid but when we showed up they didn't have the correct booster we needed. An associate called this location and told us to drive over here as they had what we needed. I haven't been to this location for many years. I was very impressed with the look of this store. It must have been remodeled since my last visit. Wide aisles, beautiful flooring and spotlessly clean. We checked in and were told to sit in the pharmacy waiting area. A few minutes later Helen showed up and collected all our information and we signed the paperwork. Helen then retrieved the vaccinations and we were quickly and painlessly vaccinated. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Helen is a true professional and a lovely person as well. Come here for your pharmacy needs, prescriptions and vaccinations you won't be disappointed.

It takes HOURS of repeatedly calling to get ahold of anyone in the pharmacy. I've never gotten through without making at least 15 calls in a single day.

Definitely not recommending this place. They have a very sarcastic pharmacist . She sounds unsure and sarcastic when asked a question they dont answer phones when they do they keep you on hold until they disconnect anyway

Awful parking situation mostly due to LA fitness and Rite Aid dumpsters taking up spots. Other than that there are always long lines, a strong smell of pee, and inaccurate pricing.
