The petite sizes are NOT petite. I'm technically not even petite size, but opted for the petite since the legs on the regular ones are extremely long. The petite size still needs to be hemmed at least 3 to 4 inches. When I went in store, they didn't have my size in stock and for some reason advised me to size up when I ordered the petite pants online. The petite pants are gigantic! Both waist and legs are huge. It's so bad, I almost wonder if it got mislabeled. But I can't return or even exchange them since they have a tiny and unforgiving window for returns. Customer service is so dead. Please offer alterations if you are going to make clothing with sizing that makes absolutely no sense.

Beautiful dresses but terrible service. I called in to have two sizes of a dress on hold to try them on before buying. When I arrived, I had to wait at least 20 minutes before trying the clothes on. There were rooms open, but I was told they were reserved for people who weren't there yet. Thankfully, after saying that I was in a time crunch and that I'd try on the clothes very quickly, the clerk let me use the vacant dressing room. I don't know if my vibe gave off bad PR, but it really didn't seem like they wanted me shopping there, and waiting for me to get fed up and leave the store. Honestly, if I'm spending over $300 on a single piece of clothing, it would be nice if I weren't being treated like a person at the ice cream store just trying to get free samples. :( I'm here to do business not waste time, please don't waste mine.

I enjoy Reformation as a brand and often purchase Reformation dresses for special occasions. The two star review is a reflection of this specific store location. - The selection offered here is extremely minimal. A majority of the pieces offered online are not in stock at this store. This is frustrating as you will have to purchase things online and hope they fit you correctly / deal with returning.- The staff here are inattentive. Not very helpful and stand around aloof in the back. - If the store wifi is down, they have to shut down the entire store because everything is operated based on wifi (selecting pieces to add to your dressing room and purchasing anything as cash is not accepted).

I bought a dress and changed my mind at that day. I decided to return it. But Reformation doesn’t want to take it back. They are just sending me messages with refusing.I don’t need the dress and I don’t know what I will do with it. The most awful experience ever. And lack of awareness in Reformation’s vision.

Nice store with well made clothes. They have a cool concept and offer you to browse the store, decide what you would like to try on, make your choice on the digital panel and wait for the first available dressing room. Nice thing - all you pick will already be in the dressing room’ closet and you can add on and request different color or size right from the dressing room. The inconveniences that I’ve experienced: the store assortment is pretty poor comparing to their website. No sizes and fabrics were available for the dresses I wanted. Besides that the wait time to the dressing room was 15-20 minutes. The parking was a pain: very busy street, meters only, and you need to be very lucky to find one available. I was trying on 5 outfits and someone was knocking in the door every 5-7 minutes. If you guys have time limits please communicate it before I got into the dressing room. Overall concept is awesome, customer service could be better. I am still glad I came and found out what size fits me to order some dresses online.

Clothes are on the pricey side but they are absolutely exquisite. I love the atmosphere and the convenience of the touch screen system they have everywhere within the store (including fitting rooms). You can just find the item and the size in the changing room and an associate brings you the chosen piece right to you within minutes.Additionally, the ladies are all so very helpful and pleasant to interact with. I also loved that they picked out extra pieces within my size range along with dress I selected to try on when setting up the fitting room.

I had a wonderful experience at this particular store location. Alexa, the store manager, was absolutely the most helpful during my visit to the store. She advised me on the appropriate length of dress that would compliment my height and shape. She provided me continuous assistance and recommendations based on my current selection that I was trying on. I will definitely be returning to this store to make future purchases

I just want to give a special shout out to Anna and Alexa for their amazing customer service this week. I placed a big order online and called the store for their advice about denim. Alexa was amazing and so knowledgable and walked me through the different styles and fits of the jeans I was interested in. I've never tried on Ref jeans so it was incredibly helpful. I made the right purchase because of her expertise! Then today, Anna went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me with a customer service issue involving a promo code. I was really frustrated with my interaction with the remote Customer Love team. They're only responding via text at the moment and unfortunately, I had a really bad experience communicating back and forth with them via the text system. Every time I received a response it was from a new representative, even if I quickly replied. Their answers were generic and unhelpful and then they'd disappear and not respond for hours and the items in my cart sold out while I waited. Then they had no record of my text history. Just a weird system that needs updating. I finally picked up my phone and called the Culver City location so I could talk to a human and Alexa was so helpful before. Anna was SO patient, knowledgable and understanding. She solved the promo code issue, no problem. She also helped me choose the right designs and sizes for the items I was purchasing. I'm so happy with my experience with these gals! I felt like they really cared about me as a customer. I've been shopping at Ref for a long time and they not only made my day with their kindness, but they really restored how I felt about the brand integrity overall. Highly recommend the Culver City location. I'll be doing all my Ref shopping here from now on!

Anna and Alexa are AMAZING!! I live closer to the Melrose store and drive to the Culver City location because the customer service that has been provided at the that store is outstanding every time I have visited it. I went into the store today and Anna helped me out, she was super friendly and truly went above and beyond! Alexa was also working and she remembered so much about the last time that I was in store!! She is truly the best and made me feel like the girls at this store actually care about their guests!
