There is no way to give anything less than 5 stars for excellent customer service. Their phone systems went down and I thought they had closed 25 min early because of the message I was getting. Having already been driving for some time and so close I decided to give it a shot. I got here right as the registers closed. I had tried to call to see if we can check out over the phone at least as it would be very close time wise, as well as what the best spot to park would be as I'm unfamiliar with the location and my 26 min drive turned into a 90 min drive from downtown.Thank you David and the Burbank rep who were able to coordinate and get this sorted out.Red wing corporate please fix your phone system. This caused a lot of troubles.

The customer service here is always great.I purchased so far three or four boots with the dry wick Redwing socks. Good quality I wish they have shoe sale at times.

Purchased new boots six months ago, already have a hole straight through the leather. When I brought them in to have looked at I was told "oh, you should've bought this extra stuff when you bought them originally. That always happens". Awesome- $250 boots last less than six months. Perfect. Called customer service- they say someone should've asked me what I do for a living when I went in and they would've told me this would happen. Super helpful. Very disappointed. Will find a new boot manufacturer.

Dropped off 2 pairs of boots for cleaning yesterday ready for pick up today. I'm at the front door and they didn't even open today. My boots are required for work now I have to miss because this store just didn't feel like opening today.

Do not send your boots in for a resole at this location! My boots came back with the wrong soles and completely changed in appearance. My boots had never been oiled, they had a great patina on the rough out leather. I wrote in all caps to not oil. I picked up the boots and they were unrecognizable.
