I have been using Ty and Razz Professional Services for close to 7 years. I would NEVER survive without them... Ty is available for me whenever I need him. I do not make any computer decisions without speaking to Ty first - he is so knowledgeable and seems to know EVERYTHING!!!! There has NEVER been an issue Ty was not able to resolve for me - he is SO patient, even when I imagine he wants to pull his hair out !!! LOL!!!Honestly, its so worth the monthly charge.. could not do it without them!

I've been working with Ty and the techies at Razzpro for too many years to count, and my experience has been terrific. Their work ethic, knowledge, invaluable help, patience and experience is something, especially being a luddite and a novice with all things IT/computer tech, I can always rely on and would be absolutely lost without them. Working with Ty is a great pleasure and his services are essential for a small business like ours. First of all he helped us be safe on the internet. He added a great firewall, that was much more robust than my previous one. He installed a review system to ward off malware and phishing. He installed a system that automatically backs us up throughout the day.Whenever I have an issue or a problem we go to the website and sign up for a time with Ty. He goes onto one of our computers remotely and fixes the problem, right then and there. No drive time and no anxiety waiting for two or three days to receive his services.He is a brilliant and kind person. Always understanding and wants to know what the underlying issue is for us if it is not readily apparent. How we use a system, not just seeing a malfunction and fixing it, but seeing if there is a secondary issue. Razzpro is an essential service for out film production company!Jordan Kerner

We have been working with RazzPro for at least 10 years. Ty Romstadt is ahead of the curve on Apple technology and system security and is meticulous in identifying, preventing and solving issues. He and his team are responsive, patient and super-courteous. RazzPro's monthly inclusive fees are reasonable and well worth every dollar.
