I've come here often and always had decent service. But when the cashier doesn't finish bagging your items and moves onto the next customer, it's just rude. It's obvious the crazy prices for groceries are not trickling down to the staff.

This morning, when I was shopping, I was yelled at "WATCH IT" by one of the night staff, which I learned was the night manager. I was trying to walk around a bunch of shopping carts that were blocking my way and his pallet cart. I made a complaint to the assistant manager. I told her that he denied that it was him, he's diffinetly liar. I gave assistant manager my name and number, so this incident was addressed, I didn't get a call from management.

May 6, around 6am. I was shopping this morning, A rude night staff which I learned was the night manager rudely shouted "WATCH IT" when I was passing and moving around bunch of shopping cart was in my way and avoid him and his pallet-jack. He denied it but he lied and said that it wasn't' him. Im complaining up to chain of command so other shopper don't have this bad attitude manager experience.

I've had problems with incorrect prices ringing up consistently at Ralph's over the years, especially when the price tag is clearly lower than what rings up. Funny I've absolutely never had an incorrect lower price ring up. Not once. It happened today and the manager was my check out person. I went back and showed him the tags and he remarked, the items were "mishelved" but no, the tag clearly listed the item I selected. It wasn't worth any more effort so whatever. I paid what I should have eventually... but in most instances I don't cheech the receipt till I get home. The only reason I bothered checking was the walk to the car was longer than usual and I wondered why the total was almost $100 for just sandwich ingredients and some additional staples like milk and fruit. Oh, the fruit wasn't rung up correctly either, the raspberry was marked at one price and charged $1.20 higher. Meh

This is my favorite Ralphs, I make the fifteen minute drive because the vegetables and meat looks better, and the customer service is outstanding compared to my local Ralphs.

What a great store! Neat and tidy bright and cheery! Great selection of foods, produce section is awesome. Doesn't take forever to get out at checkout, and the cashiers are helpful and personable

The manager is very rude and disrespectful
His name is MICHAEL HE A RACIST!!!
I waited in line for 10 minutes to get change and was told to go to his line but when I got there he said no and Publicly acted disrespectfully

The quality of this store has gone down the drain over the last year or so. The store is dirty, half of the produce on the shelf is rotten or inedible, the staff is rude and lazy. I will never go back there again.

I’m a vendor at this store, he older AA man who STOCKS the pet department is rude and hateful man. He doesn’t let anyone do their job and is always nasty he needs to be removed.
