Closes at 1am, was told by security it's been closing at that time since 2020. Ridiculous you can't update this in Google maps after 4 years, and then get annoyed with someone who has never been inside this specific ralphs. ?

I wasn't there long, but in the short time I was there I could see that it is no different from the others.
That is to say, the staff is friendly and helps if you ask. You find a huge variety of products and the vegetables are fresh and of good quality.
Without a doubt you will find what you need for the house.

Been going here for years. Today I came across my first bad experience with a manager named YULI. Very nasty attitude, unprofessional and unpleasant. Sad she gives the store a bad name with her inexperience in customer service.

This management team must be reported to the Union & Labor Department. Unprofessional, petty & poorly ran. They are very understaffed but keep their workers on suspension without warning or performance evaluations. Yuli specifically has done a horrible job managing the new hires. Sunny is condescending. The list goes on. No respect or interest in helping fully willing and capable employees to work. Managers just complain complain complain and fight amongst each other. Wake up Ralphs management, you got stuck in a job you hate for 10 years and now you're out to ruin people's opportunities so you can feel a sense of accomplishment. Disgusting.

On April 6, around 6 AM. I was trying to shop next to the egg area when I was trying to move around one of the Ralph's staff pushing bunch of shopping carts slightly blocking my way while another staff which I learned was the night manager shouted at me "WATCH IT" when he was passing on the other side of me.
I tried to make a complaint, but the Ralph's staff was the night manager that shouted at me, he denied that it was him. I ask to talk to general manager but was given the assistant manager. I told her what happened and how the night manager denied that he shouted at me. I got several runaround with in store Ralphs management.
I gave her my name and number but didn't receive a prompt call back.
Also, the afternoon self checkout Ralphs staff not giving me time to process my own way of checkout before this Ralph's staff started pressing my screen and telling me what to do next which I didn't need her help and was distracting me causing me to loose my train of thought. And she diffidently didn't respect my "social distance" space.
Honestly, I get better friendly service at Von's, Pravillon's, and Spout's which I'll shop there more often especially on my expensive grocery like carnivore and keto foods.
I shop at this location bc of convenience, not to receive rude, disrespectful, unfriendly attitude.

Yuli was rude , she should be more nice to the customers instead of assuming , if she doesn’t like her job she should get another different jobs , it’s not my fault she has 10 years working at Ralph
