One my favorite Pharmacy along CVS and Costco my prescription drugs are picked up from here and the pharmacy staff are friendly and helpful and supportive

The pharmacist is amazing. I take multiple medications and on the occassion that i have a question, Carol is always there to answer it.The line can move slow but thats the case in every pharmany ive been to. What gives this pharmacy such high ratings is they keep an eye on all my medications to ensure i dont have a negative reaction. To me thats worth waiting in a slow line.

I was there today and needed covid tests. I was making a comment about the price difference between two stores for the exact same test, I made sure to let the young lady at the counter know it wasn't her fault, but I was surprised by the difference. She was AMAZING...she let me know that it was possible to have my insurance cover the cost of the tests (saving me about $50).I was touched that she would offer that and let me know that I had options..There were 2 pharmacists (I think) that helped me and were so gracious. I have always had very pleasant experiences with the bank inside of Pavilians and now I will highly reccomend the Pharmacy as well.Thank you ladies and have a great day!

Other pharmacies treat you ok OR worse, rude , and try to shake you down if you have a Schedule II prescription ( controlled ). Here, one of the ladies, her name i think was Cinammon , treated me great, w a smile and positive , helpful attitude. I was surprised... Did not expect. The other 2 head Pharmacists were professional as well but Cinammon was exceptional in her role as a pharmacy tech. Thnx! Karoly

I received excellent treatment, especially since I needed my prescriptions transferred from another state. They were very helpful, answered all my questions, and gave me the prescriptions and shots I needed. No problems.

I realize times are tough now, but got to the store in Culver City at 6am when they opened. Hurried through and got what was available and found a minimum of 30-40 people in each of the 2 open registers. I stood in line for an hour - it moved forward about 5 people. Ridiculous. Vons you don’t have enough check stands open every time I come in, but to have only 2 open knowing what’s happening now is crazy and horrible customer service.
