Great deals. Childrens clothing does not last very long. Leggings started ripping after 2-3 wear cycles. Alas, you can’t expect to much at $4-5/piece, can you?

A lead cashier named Dawn lacked customer service skills by loud talking me and trying to force me to open an Old Navy credit card even after I politely told her no several times. She was short and impatient with me. Then she started helping another customer while I waited on her to finish. It was not fair when Dawn told the customer in front of me that she put an extra coupon in her bag and didn't want to give me an extra coupon. She insisted that I needed to sign up for the Old Navy credit card to get the discount. Dawn was very Rude!! Rude!!! Rude!!! Not sure if I'll shop at that location again especially if Dawn is there.

After the worst experience at the Old Navy store in Northridge I came here to see if they had what I need. The associates are nice and they don't hover over you like your going to steal something. I like to shop in peace and take my time. Thank you for being kind to me.

Thank goodness they had a lot of sizes for tall people and plus size which is not the usual, my daughter found some really cute dresses good price and the fitting rooms were very clean
