These guys fixed up my 2017 Jaguar XE and did a great job. Honest and trustworthy, giving it to me straight the whole time. Will use again in the future for my services and would recommend to others as well.

They fixed up my Jaguar XJS to a treat. It had multiple issues, and the staff knew Jags well. Very friendly, professional staff. I'll be back to get the car serviced regularly

I had a tire pressure sensor fault on my 2006 Jaguar XJ8, Ian did ID which tire sensor is faulty and advised me of what to do, since he doesn't work on tires. I did follow his instructions and the problem was resolved the same day by replacing that exact faulty sensor. he just got a new happy client.Go there with confident you will be happy you did. Essam

Ian and Glen are great to work with and way more timely then the dealership. Ive been very happy with the service my 2016 range rover is receiving there and will so far continue taking my suv there instead of waiting weeks at the dealership.

I've been relying on the expertise of Ian and Glen at Mitchell's for several years now for the care of my 2007 LR3 which they like to remind me has 160k though I've maintained it beautifully since I purchased it from its 2nd owner in 2017 with 130k. Since then, I've given it a new pano sunroof, sunroof drains, transmission, interior carpeting, transmission, alternator among other things. This car definitely requires maintenance and as someone not familiar with the inner workings of an older car I've trusted Ian to deliver the truth and translate the problems into lay terms. Recently I asked for him to do a complete inspection as I planned on shipping it to the colder weather. He called with news of what needed fixing and we agreed to move forward with several thousand dollars worth of repairs. The very next day he called to tell me something else was wrong and that I now needed to pay another 1,000. When I questioned him about it he explained that with older cars once you fix one thing anything can happen and other problems become more apparent. I shared my frustration that he didn't warm me of this when he quoted me 2000.00 the day before and to tack on another 1,000 felt dishonest and shady. He got defensive. He sent me rude emails and over the phone demanded to speak with my husband!!! As if my husband would perhaps be more calm? Like a woman is too hysterical and unreasonable to deal with. In fact I do believe in later conversations he tried to label me as crazy to perhaps get other misogynists oh his side. The truth is, a professional wouldn't attack his customers. He'd try to explain in a calm and respectful way what the situation is. I clearly asked for a complete inspection and he phoned it in. Obviously didnt do that because in addition to this new issue popping up the day before, after I spent 1500 shipping it to the colder weather suddenly the heat is blowing cold (never done that before), the sunroof drains are leaking into the passenger floor and the new windshield (he didn't install) seems to be installed incorrectly. Not to mention I needed new tires the second I rolled into the snow. He said my tires were fine. As I was pulling out of his shop the day I paid him 2700.00, my husband was behind me and noticed my rear tail light was out. Attention to detail, thorough care and customer service is not a priority to Mitchell's. There are other places to go. I suggest you steer clear of him. He'll definitely try to attack me and my character after reading this review as opposed to apologizing and admitting he was rude and condescending. The bottom line is when you have an older it needs maintenance but when you enter into a relationship with a mechanic it would be nice if it was a mutually honest and respectful one.

Glen and the guys at Mitchell's British Automotive is great. They are always open to answering my questions and trying to work me into their schedule, no matter how tight it is. I do like taking it to them, they make it much more pleasant to work with them as they are professionals to the core.

Excellent experience. Took my 1990 Jaguar XJS V12 that had alternator issues, and a power draw. These guys were able to get the job done quickly and properly at competitive price. I was very impressed to see all the awards they have been awarded by Jaguar on their wall and knew I had taken my car to the right place. I will definitely be taking my car there for future repairs and maintenance. Thank you for a top notch job guys.

Scammers beware. The first Jaguar I owned, I trusted these guess. Ian makes you feel like he's willing to give you a better deal than the dealership. I get my car serviced ... 30 minutes after picking up I have a coolant problem. I pay lots to get it repaired. I trust and move on. Fast forward 3 yrs later. New Jag. Go get an oil change but this time I have my husband take it in bc I feel these guys deal with mean better. He picks up... and 30 min later, a coolant problem. Wow same issue, 2 different cars. Sounds like a scam to me. I read the review and wouldn't ya know it ... same complaint.

HOLY MARK UP! Non car enthusiast family went there to diagnosis a check engine light. Ran codes and pulled misfires for 3 cylinders. Paid 125 for diagnostic. That's fine. Here comes the real issue. They wanted $1500 to replace 3 coil packs and 8 spark plugs. Quoted 700 in labor for a job that take 30mins to an hour. Additionally I was able to get OEM parts from a jaguar dealer for just over $400. They quoted at $800 for just parts!!!! 20% mark up is fine because they need to make their cut too... but double!? For coil packs and spark plugs!?! Come on. This is epitome is take advantage of those who do not know better kinda shop. They only get 2 stars because they were nice and agreed to refund without headache.
