Let me start by saying.....OMGOSH HOW ADORABLE!!! New favorite place to come to. The staff is very welcoming and ready to assist anyone with questions or assist you with merchandise questions. You can find almost something for everyone in your group. The hardest part is what to choose.

My daughter came in and purchased a watch and it wasn't what she wanted. We came in no less than 10 minutes later to return with reciept. And the manager said we could not return it because it was open. The receipt policy states new, unused, and/or defective items can be returned within 7 days. Clearly they are not following their own receipt policy. I would not return I will not bring my daughter back

This store has a group of immature children working here who have no concept of customer service, organization or professionalism. The self checkout machine at this store was a god send.

The guy at the register was giving out free plush toys to people. I was waiting in line and decided to go to the self check out to ease him up a bit. I asked if I could also get one of those free plushies, and he said "yes, they're free, but only if you check out on my register." That's a dumb power move. I tried easing him up a bit and decided not to give me a free plushy after my purchase because I didn't go to his register. Pathetic little guy.

Horrible customer service at this company. They only allow seven days to return, which is super short in general. I bought a blind box by accident and just wanted store credit and they wouldn’t allow it when I saw other boxes that had been opened and retapped in the store. Never buying from again.

They have black Friday sale today, 2 plushies or mystery boxes would get free gift. I was next inline to get checked out. A guy ask if I'm using card and said I can do self checkout there. After I was done, I asked about free gift. He's like you only get them when you checked out at the counter. He said if I want gift, I had to go back to line up at the counter to refund an repurchase. I was pissed. Then why you call me over to self checkout just so I couldn't get free gift? I feel like I got tricked or even scam moving over to self checkout. Then I went back inline and told the girl at the counter I got tricked to go over to self checkout and I want refund and repurchase so that I could get gift.Guess what, that girl (black hair, dyed), said I should not use the word trick and refuse to service me. Then she walked away. I mean why 1 store has 2 different policy for check out at the counter and self checkout? Shouldn't self checkout to relief the long line at the counter? Shouldn't they tell people up front, self check out no gift, only stay in long line at the counter would be able to get black Friday special? They did none of that, most people does not want the hassle would've walked away and they save a gift. Isn't that "Trick"? I could even call it a "scam" like they try NOT to give the gift.The boss apologized said that guy is too busy and probably forgot about it. mind you the whole time, that guy DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE and just ran away, act like a scared cat like I'm giving him a hard time with no reason, still not realize he is the one made mistake first. And the young lady as well, ran away. I don't want to waste anymore time reasoning with the younglings that don't have any sense of logic so I accepted and left.Nowadays most young people think they are so entitled, when issue arise the only thing they do is run away. Owner should've make them realize their mistake, not finding excuses for them

They don't have much of a selection here like the other Miniso locations do. On top of that, a couple of their employees are very rude and apparently don't know what customer service is. Especially the hispanic girl with curly hair. Every time I go in there she always has some kind of attitude and it makes my experience here very uncomfortable. You can tell she feels forced and does not want to work there based off the energy she's giving customers.
