I hate going to this place. You can never shop in peace. You go to one side to look through shirts and they guy is there looking over your shoulder. I look through some shirts and he tells me we don't have your size in that shirt when actually there was. I told him I didn't need help and grabbed the shirt. I then went to look at shoes at the other end and there he was again asking me for my shoe size. I then get fed up and go to the register to buy the shirts, the cashier ring up the shirts then he came and took my shirts and started folding them. Like bro, there are 6-7 people in the store that needs your harassment, leave me alone.

Sold me a pair of Jordans for $350. I was having a self-care day and wanted to treat myself without the work of shopping around online. The salespeople appeared to have my back. Later found the same shoes online for $150. They refused to give a refund the next day, even though the shoes had never been worn. They did not advise of their no-refund policy at the time of purchase. Just a run-of-the-mill shady business fronting as a friendly local shop. Don’t waste your money here.

Purchased Yeezy that I tried to sell on goat. Goat rejected them and pointed out over 10 flaws. Then compared to real pair in person. Definite counterfeit shoes. They were not willing to resolve this matter, and resorted to yelling on the phone like a child

One of the best if not the best ever, best costumer service and prices are fair and being able to customize almost any product is priceless. Go and try it yourself...

The worst service I've had in a while. Pretty sure they've downgraded their store front and may not only be the pandemic that put them there. Weird vibes

My 14 year old teenager purchased items at this store with money given him as Christmas. The items did not fit him well so he tried to return them. He was told they do not give refunds. What?? There was no sign posted in the store they said all sales are final or non refundable. Sales people failed to inform him of their policy too. What terrible business practices. Do not shop or buy from a retailer that will not allow customers to return merchandise even with receipts. Shame on them!!

BUYER BEWARE***This store does very shady business. I asked if they had a pair of yeezy 350 v2 cinder reflective adidas size 11. They said they could order them, price $771. They had me try on a pair of other yeezys to check size and I said ok and paid. They gave me a receipt and said I could pick them up in a week. When I got home and looked at the receipt I noticed it just said adidas yeezy shoes. That’s odd. So I call Mohamed back and ask about the receipt and why there’s no description. I come to find out they had ordered non reflective yeezys and I should have known that. I said politely that that’s not what I ordered or paid for and I need to cancel that order as that is well over the price of reflective and more than double for non reflective. He said that they don’t do refunds. I reminded him of the deceptive description of the shoe, the price discrepancy , the fact that I didn’t have them even yet and he kept up with the no refunds scam.My attempts to be courteous and cancel the order after the attempted scam were only that. A courtesy. This is blatant false advertising and deceptive practice, which any bank will overturn. Mohamed was sticking to his scam that I could only get store credit. I would never buy anything in that store again. Nor should anyone who respects themselves.Anyway now they can deal with my bank dispute and subsequent report to the bbb, dun and Bradstreet, and Rob Banto at The Los Angeles district attorney’s office division of consumer protection where a complaint was filed. No one wants to do business with people who try to trick you into buying something other than you paid for and expect. I hope they get shut down soon or enough people see this and they go out of business. Soon. Disgusting business ethics. Can’t you make money without scamming people? Apparently metrofusion cannot. Avoid at all costs.
