This is my third bad occurrence with this store/ location. 2 of the occurrences were about Sonny Angels and I asked them if they were in stock and all employees said no even though they had a post on instagram saying that they were in stock. One of the times I had to stay in the store before the employee decided to give in and open the box in the clear case so my sister and I could buy some. Another time I saw a hiring sign in the window and I later called and asked if I could bring in a resume and the employee just said they weren’t hiring and hung up. I’m not sure what the issue is with the employees but it seems like they don’t have a responsible manager holding them accountable.

The workers are so nice! When I went there I was there to get a smiski or sonny angel and I found out they had some left. The girl who helped me out was extremely kind. So I told her choose which box I should get. She asked me which one I wanted and she started shaking the boxes like how I would do it and guessing which one was inside. After I left the store came back minutes after and opened the box with her. AND TO MY SURPRISE IT WAS THE ONE I WANTED!! I WAS SO HAPPY WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE THIS!

The shop is so fun if you like hello Kitty anime such as Pokémon dragon Ball, Z and a bunch of other ones as well as Disney items. The service is good and pricing is what you would expect in another words it's not bad just depends on what you buy.

OVERAL COOL STORE.SOME OF THE STAFF IDK.Went in to see if they had Sonny angels, I asked and was told no by 2 girls. Being told no its funny when you could see that they have them stashed behind them on the counter. I told them that they were behind them and they brought them out with an attitude. Told me I could only purchase 2 which was fine, when my boyfriend wanted to purchase 2 they didn't really want to sell him but did anyways. Since when you have to beg around to purchase? Also they don't let you pick out the sonny blind box, they pick it for you. That's why I go to the other store across, retail price and they aren't behind the counter, you get to pick them yourself. Plus no stingy workers. -this happened like 2 months ago

FERNANDA DESERVES A RAISE IMMEDIATELY!! i was greeted by her when coming in and she answered all of my questions about the products. she even helped me decide what bag i should get, she ended up selling them both to me (she's very convincing) absolutely loved my visit here because her customer service was off the charts.

This was based solely on the employees that were working when I went in. Being from out of state my family and I love shops like these. But the customer service was terrible. They stared at us like we didn’t belong there. After making my purchase, I had to ask for them to put my items in a bag. Tho smiles, no thank yous, just disgusting stares. Should reallly retrain these girls on customer service if you want to make money. Especially when I spent a good amount today in there. Cashier on my receipt was Alejandra.

My daughter absolutely ? loved this place. What a great collection of favorites ?. She said she had a very hard time deciding which ones she wanted. For sure, we're coming back again.
