Or we can reschedule I mean they don’t have the value of my time
They are very fast to get more patient for testing

Shoutout to Rocio, the wonderful and very helpful employee who helped me and my Mom when trying to figure out what our insurance was! We didn't even know we had it! And she was super helpful when we were deciding on frames.

Very clean store, staff was busy yet still managed to make us aware that they would be right with us.
The person who helped us was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Would definitely be coming back for our eyewear needs.

Horrible experience asked for a simple adjustment and the sales person or stylist couldn’t even do it property Attempted to clean my glasses and Did a very poor job, leaving streaks and her fingerprints still on the Lenses And when I asked her about scratch, she cared less She told me to clean them by myself, gave me a cleaning tissues and a spray When I talk to Dari or Bari The marketing sales manager All he said was OK I’m sorry, Jessica is a very poor excuse of an optician or a stylist or any type of sales associate She does not like her job. She does not have to work there or treating customers like they are less than human. It’s very inappropriate. I was ready to buy glasses but after that poor behavior I’d rather go to a smaller independent store. Lenscrafters used to be better overtime all the pay cuts and Infrastructure cuts made this type of Conglomerate go down you can’t get glasses in an hour
