I don’t leave reviews often but felt compelled
to today because this was the most pleasant experience I’ve had at any labcorp location. I don’t think anyone enjoys getting their blood drawn but the hispanic lady who was working this morning (I wish I got her name because she was SO sweet) made it super quick, easy, and comfortable. She could tell my anxiety was super high and offered to let me lay down while getting my blood drawn which I never knew was even an option because no one had offered that to me before, but it made the process so much more
comfortable. I seriously wish more of the workers would be as sweet and caring as her! this girl deserves a raise!!

Love the staff, which is one lady. But sucks so bad they're extremely unreliable and cause a lot of inconvenience. I'm a cancer patient. I've showed up a couple times and they'll be closed. They'll close instead of hiring more people and staffing the place.

I saw Rosie today 1-22-24. She drew my blood and was awesome. She was alone in the office and did everything. She is amazing. She is so friendly, warm and caring. She gets 20 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ stars in my book?????

I want to leave a positive review. I came to get tested, but I got confused with the date. I had a meeting on January 29th. The receptionist took me in and took a blood test. It took less than 30 minutes. I waited for 4 hours in Quest and was not accepted!!!! I recommend LabCorp. The LabCorp employee did everything quickly, clearly without long waiting, I recommend a real professional to everyone!

It's very frustrating for go to this location as they have unreliable hours. This is the second instance That I have traveled to this location just for them to be closed. if you are closed for a season then please just update that on your Google site it is not Fair to customers that on your actual website online and on Google maps it says that you are open. This does not support customer attention nor provide customers care specifically if they are located in the Culver City area.

Came in on 11/9 for some blood work. I arrived at 2:50pm but was informed by a rude female that "she is closed". She was rude, pushy, & unprofessional. As soon as the door closed behind me she locked it as if I was some type of intruder. The hours were clearly posted saying that they were open until 3:30pm. I will not be returning to this location and I encourage everyone else to find another location as well, unless you don't mind being treated like a nuisance.

Just don't go to this location. I walked in and two elderly people were struggling with the online check-in. The one office lady didn't even try to help. Then she left her desk for 15 minutes and was unavailable to answer questions. When I asked her a question about orders, she said she could check after she got to me, which I don't know how long it would take... It was cramped and loud. No employees were helpful. I ended up leaving, rather than sticking around to get my lab work done. I don't need to waste more time after waiting 20 minutes for people who clearly needed help to check in online.

I hate needles, especially in my veins. To my surprise, I had a wonderful experience here (well, as good as it could be)! The woman taking my blood suggested I lie down as that would be more relaxing. I was skeptical, but I tried it, and it was definitely more relaxing. Very happy with this location!

Warning they are Useless (Walgreens Labcorp Culver city) - the labcorp employees will NOT answer phone or call you back. Find another reliable consistent, customer friendly company! If its urgent go elsewhere if not do the same.

I've been coming here for my blood tests for the past couple years and I've always had a smooth, easy experience at this location. For me it's crucial to get everything done quickly, since the only time I can get a test done is right before I go to work. Even for walk-in appointments I've always been able to get my blood test almost immediately after I arrive. The facility is also clean and the staff is friendly.

My first time ever at a Labcorp clinic was today, and it was a great experience, and such a welcome relief after suffering for way too many years constantly going to that company's competitor, where I encountered way too many bad experiences, all of which got amplified 100 fold during the mandatory shutdowns. Today's visit was everything my prior experiences weren't. Instead of only 1 employee working, Labcorp had 3 workers. Instead of 12 million patients crowding inside the waiting room and spilling out outside the door in the hallway, I was the only patient in the room. Instead of arriving early and being seen late, as soon as I arrived (prior to appointment time) they took me in right away, and I was out of there before my scheduled appointment. Amazing. I get blood draws about 4 times each year, and I shall never return to Labcorp's competitor. I should've switched over to Labcorp years ago. I made a mistake staying with the other company, out of loyalty.
