I needed a replacement pair of damaged glasses. Turns out, the glasses were covered under warranty so it was simple as bringing them and getting them a few days later. Special shout out to Katharine for going above and beyond for me. Really impressed with the entire JCPenny Optical team!

Great price. Way cheaper than private. Helpful. Always has deals. Great selection. With insurance I ended up paying 10. In the past- wondered why it seemed like I didn't have insurance. Even if you don't have insurance, the prices are reasonable.

This has been my husband's go-to spot for years so he suggested it when I needed a new pair to save $$. Eduardo was the person who helped me & honestly, he made the entire experience so fun & positive for me. His patience, input and knowledge assured me that I'd made a wise choice. Excellent Customer Service is major for me & Eduardo delivered! They had lots of options, it was clean & super easy parking. The 2 pair for 100 didn't hurt!!!

I came in to pick up my glasses and received amazing service from Eduardo. He was courteous, professional, patient and went above and beyond my expectations. Eduardo made sure my glasses fit perfectly. They needed slight adjustments, which he was more than happy to make. He even offered to clean the glasses I was wearing when I came in. After cleaning, he also adjusted my old glasses so they would stop falling off my face. It is this type of service that brings customers back. Thank you so much, Eduardo.

Wow, I was so impressed with the fabulous customer service I received from Joelle, Julia and Idwardo. I had to send my new glasses back twice and everyone was so kind and understanding. I thought they would ask me to go somewhere else because I was not happy with the frames I chose. I will definitely return to order my driving glasses. Terrible service !!!! I've been trying to place an order for contacts, called in the morning, they said would return my call in 10 min, after an hour called again and the girl who answered said I was the next on her list and will call me in 10 min.. Well this was at 1pm..now is 5pm and haven't heard from them, call twice and don't even pick up the phone !!! WHAT A BAD SERVICE !!!! DON'T RECOMMEND IT.... had to give a star so I can write my review otherwise wouldn't give ANY

New glasses for my husband needed to be replaced in less than two months. Somehow the manager wanted to blame us for the tint peeling and the lenses not fitting in the frames. Very, very disappointing.

Only 3 because they don't have a doctor in on Mondays. :/ But the place was well lit and the girl at the desk was nice. They also have a nice selection of frames.

As I cant make out how to spell her name, I would like to thank associate 0183 for her continued kindness every time my wife come to make a purchase. This employee is always kind and very helpful it rare that you meet people like her now days. I believe her name is Jeniesso but I'm not sure. I hope she;s recognized by her associate number great employees are hard to find and when you have them be sure to shout them out.
