I’ve been with Liberty Mutual since 2007 and this young man was able to switch us over to State Farm Insurance. He was able to provide additional coverage that he recommended for home and auto at no extra cost and even went out of his way to contact our previous insurance company to cancel our existing policies. Shout out to "Jackie," who was so energetic, late in the day, womaning her station near the door, but also running around asking people if they wanted water. I mean, she was happy, pleasant, and somewhat insistent, "Sir! Would you like some water? Cold or room temperature?" I said, "cold," thank you. Then, she asks me -- while I was waiting in a line that was moving rather slowly -- why I was there -- and when I told her "VIN Verification" (not bragging, but I just bought a 718 Porsche
