these guys are great. took in our land rover to get an oil and filter change. called last week to make an appointment. dropped it off and had it back in a couple hours. great customer service. great facilities. see you on the next one. thanks gentlemen.

I had a really great experience working with Alvaro! He was able to clearly explain the issues they found and helped me prioritize the most important work. He was also very quick to respond to my questions by text. I was never left wondering what was going on. The service itself was very pricey but I know I left with perfect service. I’ll definitely come back in the future.

To be honest, everyone in this country says they are somehow BMW experts, but I discovered this is not true after a few unpleasant experiences. In my opinion, they are truly experts in their field, they are aware of what they are dealing with and for this reason, I saw that they focused on the best way to solve the current problem flawlessly for both parties, the service was very fast and the employees were kind and wonderful people, their communication level was much better than ordinary mechanics, and they showed enough patience for me. I am also grateful for the service provided, not only solving my problem, but also making me feel the confidence I may need while doing this. I will definitely visit again if I need it next time!
