I came here this past week with my 6 year old daughter for her first ear piercing and I was so impressed by Jennifer. She accommodated us 30 min before our appointment and we needed that because it took quite a while to convince my daughter to go thru with it! She was clean, thorough in her explanations, kind, patient and empathetic. We got fantastic results (right on target and quick!) and we were all happy once we walked out. I know not all experiences are as pleasant, but I was very happy with her level of training and professionalism, especially with a 6 year old girl who was freaking out!

Lousy experience. When the cashiers did stop gossiping and gave us some attention, it was dismissively arrogant, snappy and rude, and in front of our disappointed 11 year old customer. It's a mall so easily found somewhere else to spend our money. Understand that staffing is difficult now but surely Icing could do better. Little wonder the store was basically empty.

Terrible customer service. I don’t know how these rude women running the shop got their job. I was literally almost to the cash register and about to buy an item and checking out a detail on it and both of the women who work there immediately, in a very rude manner, said “you have to buy this. You’re not allowed to check it.” I stormed out after they mouthed rude comments in front of me and my daughter. They lost our business. Sad place

Horrible customer service. Don’t recommend at all ? Rude staff behind the counter. Not letting me and my mom check a possible flaw in the item we were about to purchase and rudely saying “you have to buy it now”. I don’t know about other icing shops but don’t go to this one.

Never been honestly and was kinda not interested in the store at first till I looked at the stuff . They have really cute things there. I'm not the girly type but I love their jewelry and scrunchies

The same thing happened to me as well i had entered the store the first time but there was no one there so i left and went to target i then came back i had my target purchase in my hand i placed the target purchase in my bag i had the receipt in my hand with the purchase when the worker accused me of stealing something. It was a horrible experience and i work next door to them at nordstrom rack i will never shop here ever again

This afternoon my family and I visited this store today, and I had a horrible experience. When we entered into the store the only employee working did not greet but instead tended to her clipboard. We had to take the initiative in asking where a certain item was. At this moment I already felt like we were receiving terrible customer service. It didn’t help that when other customers entered into the store they were immediately greeted and tended to. After some time passed while we shopped throughout the store, one of the persons I was with purchases a couple of items. Almost immediately after that, I was ready to purchase my item. Fortunately, I did not because my underage cousin was approached, pressed, and accused of stealing. I am 100% sure that the employee knew that the child was with us older adults because during our entire time there, she addressed all of us once to offer us a bag and then she was specifically told that the child was with us. Her attitude towards the child was unacceptable and she completely assumed without evidence that an item was stolen. When questions were asked about why she assumed the item was stolen she replied “because I was right behind you”. We couldn’t help but feel targeted and extremely uncomfortable in that environment. You’re employee named Alize, was very unprofessional and definitely needs to be checked.
