Wowsa! I recently had a wonderful facial with Ms. Kim! I loved the fact that she is an expert in her field and is very knowledgeable in skincare and shares her thoughts with you as to what you would benefit from by using some of her treasure trove of skin products! She has a great personality and makes you feel rightat home ... and as an added bonus ... her touch is as gentle as an angel's wing!

A couple weeks ago, I went in for a facial for the first time at this spa and I was pleased with the service. Marissa took the time to explain things well and addressed all my concerns. She was very careful and gentle with the facial. My favorite part was the mini neck and shoulder massage included. I would definitely go back.

I have been a member with Hand and Stone for a year and half. I look forward to a massage once a month. I didnt think I could afford it but I'm thankful that I made it a priority for me. Thank you Darla (great massage therapist) RA pain is much better and stress in neck and shoulder area is gone. I also would like to thank the receptionist Chelsy for always being professional and kind. Excellent Customer Service. I recommend Hand and Stone all the time to friends and family. I have referred 4 people. Thanks again. ?

Two hours of my life well spent! I was lucky enough to book back to back appointments making my session with Edgar 2 hours! I went in so tight and had some back/hip issues as well as legs. At the end I felt relieved and renewed! If you are active and play a sport be sure to communicate that to him. If I could afford a personal massage therapist/physio I’d hire Edgar! Thanks! Now I’m ready to hit my 4 hour tennis court session!

I been wanting to get a facial for a while and after a short Google search I decided to come here. From the moment I arrived Liz greeted me, I felt comfortable and welcomed. Was called in within a few minutes of arriving. Kylie did my facial and I honestly would say it was one of the best facials I've had in a long time. Thank you for the great service and advice on how to take care of my skin. *From a man that knows nothing about skin care!

I arrived early for my appointment as instructed. The therapist came to get me 5 minutes after the start time, which is not a big deal, but then I was informed the table heater wasn’t working even though all the other rooms were empty. But the kicker is that my therapist was sick. She was clearly not feeling well and could hardly get a sentence out without coughing. I didn’t end up receiving the massage because I wasn’t comfortable spending an hour in a small room with someone who was coughing consistently. When I asked her if she was sick, she said she had a cold. I understand people need to work, but I should have been notified in advance instead of going all the way there and having to turn around. In the days of covid or not, this was unprofessional and inconvenient.

The massage was wonderful. BUT I was told about the add ons, added two and the masseuse wasn’t given that information so I did not get those add ons that I was really looking forward to. Not charged but just kind of got a shrug and a sorry. That was disappointing. Communication obviously could be better between the masseuse and the front desk. I asked if I was supposed to tell the masseuse and was told no. Besides that, the place is nice and I got a good massage.

If i could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I paused my membership and gifted my sister 1 of my massage packages because we hadn't used them for a couple of months and wanted to get caught up. I gifted a couple of other some too. Not one person had an issue using them except my sister at this location. They tried to implement fees that no other location had implemented, and result treated her poorly over the phone. When I called to speak to Lisa, she was rude and condescending. She talked over me and had had no customer service skills.

The receptionist that works here has no interpersonal skills AT ALL. Needs to be fired! I have been a loyal member with Hand & Stone for over 2 years now and the way I was treated and hung up on via phone call was uncalled for. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but the customer service skills were NOT THERE. And I will NOT be coming back!! Sorry to my therapist who I was also loyal too! I will make sure to let it be known that the service you all provide lacks the relationship with your loyal membership clients. Currently looking for a different massage spa to enroll in cause there is no way!I’m editing my review because I see the comment below and all I have to say is this. When I said the word weird out of my mouth that was the last word I said before you hung up on me. As the manager your goal should have been to resolve the issue, period. You say you couldn’t get a word in yet once you introduced yourself as Lisa, I said to you, hello Lisa and I began with my side of the story assuming that is why you called. After stating my side of the story you began talking and the first thing you mentioned is “I can tell already by this conversation, why she had to hang up”. No where in that was I being hostile with you. In which I had no intentions on it coming off that way. (If you felt that was hostile than oh boy!) nonetheless, my only goal was to get my point across because I felt like I was not being treated with interpersonal skills! That’s the main objective here. So thanks for your comment for all to view but instead of judging me on my professional speaking (no curse words- felt like I wasn’t being understood) PRIOR to shifting the conversation on to the actual problem which was the rescheduling/fee. Then all would’ve been avoided! But you also played a part in this mess! Again, my intentions were to never be hostile! You projected that energy unto me and ran with it. (Responding to your comment) Thank you.

The receptionist was very kind and helped me check in for my appointment. My massage therapist was Manny, he is very strong with big hands, I asked for medium/firm pressure. I was like flour dough on that table... ?

I am speechless of gratitude to Hand & Stone especially to my therapist Darla. This place is incredible. They are very clean, very friendly and helped me a lot with my frozen shoulder problem. The customer service is excellent and I always get a happy smile from the front desk and anyone I see here. I am a customer for almost a year and I have nothing to complain about. I get my massage therapy here, as well as my facial massage and treatment. I bought a gift card for my son's teachers and they were also thrilled with the massage and client reception here in Culver City. I give this place not only 5 stars, but I give it 10 or 100 because they deserve it. They are high quality, professional and friendly. So please don't let a bad review stop you from enjoying the best massage spot in Culver City. I am a 100% satisfied customer
