They scratched my windows and wouldn't take responsibility for it. Would not recommend it at all. Go somewhere else with your hard earn money.

Oh my god I love these people! And the owner I met is Persian!!!! I am also Persian!! I had a wonderful time talking and being able to get my tint removed from my Lexus and they were very friendly and reasonable, I highly recommend going to this tint shop for any services regarding tint!!!!!

I have called this company and the owner Fred at least 4 or 5 times. I was asked to email photos of the job. I did that. I was asked to measure the panes. I did that. I emailed requesting a call back. Nothing... I actually spoke with Fred once and he promised to get back to me the next day. Nothing! Poor guy that answers the phone. Allen....he apologizes and says he gave Fred the message. I have NO idea why this company could be rated so highly. I am going elsewhere for service because they are either totally unreliable or so busy they don't care about customer service.

I'm a returning customer. Proud new owner of a brand new Mercedes AMG and could NOT WAIT to get over to Rudy to get my new baby blacked out. It's been 3 years since I got my last car done and was blown away by how incredibly thoughtful, fair, and flexible Rudy was with me. 10/10 service. Unfortunately my experience this time was different. After about 5 days of trying to get someone over there to answer the phone, a man picked up offering me a MUCH higher price than before, and only one or two scheduling options that were smack in the middle of the workday (with no weekend availabilities anymore). Finally I just came out with it and asked to speak to Rudy. My heart sank when the man told me that Rudy passed away last year. This is one part review, to say that this establishment has clearly taken a dive in regards to customer service in the recent year. And one part paying respect and love to Rudy, an absolute shining example of what it means to put the customer first and be a stand-up guy. You will he missed Rudy and goodbyeeeeee Tint Connection!

3rd vehicle done here. Luis is a master craftsman who cares about what he's doing. He's always treated my car like it's his. There have never been any bubbles or defects on any window that they have ever done. Always a perfect job and a good price. Thx Fred & Luis!

Fair pricing, high quality work, and a great attitude! Rudy spent time running through different shades and transparencies in order to ensure that I was happy with my decision before starting, and overall did an excellent job. By far the best in the area!
