Told me an MTG product was for sale because someone preordered it and then cancelled their preorder. I said great, I’ll take it! Then another employee rushed in and said “uhh someone else preordered that!!” Definitely just saving the product for an employee (maybe even himself). Not cool to do that to a customer.

Best gamestop in the area, hands down. The employees know their stuff and are really willing to go the extra mile to help you find what youre looking for.

The place to go for computer games, albeit somewhat chaotic. The personnel, however, is very friendly and helpful.

It's hard to reach someone even after calling many times. It might be because of the holidays. I've wanted to get the PS portal and missed out on pre-ordering it. So I had to do what I did with my PS5 and contact everywhere daily. Two nights ago, I saw a shipment that came in for many locations, and some had it available online. However, due to high demand, the system was not recognizing some transactions, and I could not get them. I went the next day to GameStop and came in around 2 pm. I had asked if they had anything. One of the guys was busy but asked that I wait for him, and he would check the boxes in the back. I didn't have my hopes up since I knew it was sold out everywhere. The guy came back, and boom! He had a new PS portal in front of me. I don't know what my luck was that day, but it was terrific. I bought it quickly before he changed his mind and told me it belonged to someone else...lol. Now I lay in bed gaming on my PS portal for the holidays!

Classic gamestop. Not helpful staff. Better off buying online somewhere else.

Called and called. No one would answer the phone. Many reviews going back years have said the same thing.

So i went in asking for some help for a figure and the guy already seems out of it. Then after buying some old games i ask for help if maybe another store has them but he say with a annoyed tone just call them. Also selection for collectibles here sucks.

I want to give no stars because how do you not answer your phones 3 minutes after opening. Your telling me that you guys are that busy. That no one can't answer the phone. Ridiculous.

If Victor doesn’t want to do his job right and it’s such an inconvenience for him to look for a product maybe he shouldn’t be working in a place where everyone will be asking for a specific product.

I didn't always like buying games from GameStop, but this location is great. The staff are helpful, friendly, and pleasant to talk to — much more than other GameStop locations. Pre-ordering games here is easy and they're always ready to pickup on release day (even for big titles like the new Zelda and God of War games). Only thing is that the door chime that goes off when anyone enters is obnoxiously loud. That aside, it's still my reliable, go-to neighborhood store for videogames.
