Monday 4-29-2024 it was around 4 pm NAYELI WAS HELPING SOMEONE ELSE IT SEEMED THAT SHE HAD AN HARD TIME HELPING THAT CUSTOMER, WHEN WE GOT IN LINE SHE HELPED ME AND STILL WITH HER BAD ATTITUDE IT BOTHER HER TO HELP WE IT WAS UNCOMFORTABLE TO ASK HER QUESTIONS AND SHE STILL HAVE A BIG MOUTH TO TALK BACK DISRESPECTING… IS THATS NOT YOUR FORTE DONT WORK IN THAT AREA GO TO ATTITUDE MANAGEMENT BETTER AND TAKE SOME THERAPY. BTW the sales prices were great is that price we have to pay… ughh

real score = ZeroI was at the Mac counter waiting for 20 minutes asked 3 different sales persons for help none helped said the person would be right back Asked for a manager, the manager went to the back office of Mac knocked on the door, the Mac salesperson answer with an attitude :"I am on my lunch" & closed the door hard A perfect example of more than terrible customer service , the Mac salesperson should have just stayed home bad attitude does not support the written statements 4/20/2023 Sign needs to be removed

The women working at the Coach fragrance counter are extremely rude and don't know their own company policies. We simply asked if they price matched any companies and as soon as we showed the prices from other stores for the same product, their attitudes were extremely snarky and rude. The woman wearing the floral dress, white cardigan with her hair pulled back and name beginning with an H (she conveniently covered her name tag) said that they only price match to Macy's online shop. However another employee at another fragrance counter said they price match to Bloomingdale's and Nordstrom. I went back to the woman in the floral dress and mentioned that the other employee gave me this information and she got very aggressive so we left. Shop elsewhere.

This is a nice Macy's with excellent Customer Service. Specifically, The Cashier LaNette from the Women's Department was cheerful, respectful, and incredibly helpful during today's Labor Day Holiday sale. Five Stars for this Macy's location, Customer Experience, and great Holiday Sale!

I recently left my wallet at the counter at Macy's in Culver City, while I was returning shoes . the staff is awful I was the only customer on that moment they were three workers and I can believe this place is allowing to have burglars like this I call also the store manager and they didn't even bother to ask for my information oh tell me that was going to find out who were the workers on that shift.

I in today to buy my mother a watch for Mother's Day and first of all, I want to give a shout-out to Jeff from the watch department who was very polite, respectful, and provided great customer service and was extremely friendly. I purchased the watch and he said to wait for another associate called Alicia because she has more knowledge on specific brand on adjusting it. He wanted to make sure the watch was well adjusted and didn't want to mess it up, which I thought was such a caring act of him. So I waited patiently and when Alicia had gotten back from lunch, he went to ask for her help/assistant and I was there and heard how she responded to him very rude and non-caring and turned away.He came back to me and adjusted the watch for me and explain to me everything. I left and was satisfied with Jeff's customer service I give him 5/5 stars, but I give this post 1 star because of the other associate, she could have been more nice about it and helped out.

This email is to shout praises at Mrs. Fatima Madha, You have an awesome, friendly, patient, and caring customer representative!!!! I looked everywhere for the survey so that I can RATE HER A TEN!!!! Also in the shoes department, you have an employee by the name of Moe...this young man took his time with me!! Helped me search for matching shoe pairs!!! I rate them a 10! I invited my coworkers to THIS MACY's LOCATION because of the wonderful treatment I had!! I will always recommend this Macy's location!!! NO NO NO! Its a shame the majority of Macy's now have horrible clothing for women. Buyers are out of touch. Not too many people shopping in store anymore. Cheap fabric made by foreigners at high prices. DON'T ORDER ONLINE. Even though my residence address specifically states DELIVER to my home, UPS always intercepts and DELIVERS to my PO Box which makes days late. HORRIBLE I called Macy's corporate and they say nothing they can do. OUTRAGEOUS Even though you put your homes address, UPS can intercept and send where ever they want and MACY'S DOESN'T CARE.

Ugh no. Unfortunately this is located at one of the most stressful, busy, loud, and dirty malls around. And the selection at this particular Macy's is limited. It's super hot inside the store and needs to be renovated. I will say the benefit to this mall is that you can find good deals here at places like the Nordstrom Rack, Express, and Old Navy, but at this Macy's there just isn't a lot that I'd want to buy, even for cheap.

The worst macys store Ever!!! I wanted to return a perfume and accessory so I went to the custom service!! There was a line and half of the registers weren't opened. I waited in the line for 10 mins which is a lot for customer service and then was told that they cannot return this item here. WHY? Why can I return this item at a different location and I cannot return it here? The perfume is cheap and the accessory is not jewelry so what the reason? Ok explanation. Then I went to the jewelry department to return an item this is not jewelry and there was no one. Literally no one . I waited 10 mins there when was going back and forth r trying to find someone, but nobody helped me with it. So I left the store without return the accessory... the worst customer service ever. Spending 20 mins trying to return the items and then not returning them - is awful. No secret why Macys's is doing really bad right now. :((

Came here on 5/30 around 2:45pm... the women in the bottom floor were so rude because one girl at the jewelry stand told me to check out at "at your service" near the entrance door, then that lady got totally pissed at me and told me that I wasn't supposed to be there. She also proceeded to yell at incoming customers lining up behind me - I guess we were all getting redirected to pay at the "At Your Service" desk since no one else was working. After ringing up my purchase, the cashier half-threw my bag across the counter. Sorry you guys. Your customer service sucks. It also seems that Macy's barley had anyone working the bottom floor in the handbag / jewelry area. If you're working holidays in the world of retail, you don't short staff. That's common sense, and sad on behalf of whomever handled managing/scheduling for the employees at this location. I've worked in retail myself before, so I suggest learning to communicate between all sales teams for your retail department, and um... maybe don't be so nasty to a customer figuring out where to check out if no one is around to check you out?
