Worst customer service ever. The customers are all standing around waiting to be attended while the workers are just chatting with each other. Than god I did not give my money to this company. Do better.

Wanted to exchange some shoes and both the managers denied my exchange do to not having a receipt. Customer service really is not here they don’t go about their way trying to help someone out. I don’t even know why they are managers and have such poor customer service skills

Stopped here to buy shoes for one of my kid cousins as a gift. Was surprised they had any shoes in his comically big shoe size along with the range of brands/styles. In my opinion a better option than buying from the brand directly since this way he had the option to exchange Nikes for adidas or whatever brand he wanted with a gift receipt. Staff was busy (went in December so understandable) but not rude. Parking easy in attached lots for Westfield mall.

Two people behind the counter, both on their phones. I had a few things I wanted to try on. Asked to use the fitting room and told no. This is a new store with 3 fitting rooms, one already used as storage. I said so that's it, just no. He said yes unless you want to change outside the fitting room, erm no. Staff on phones, zero customer service and no changing facilities. Lost money from that sale, and probably a customer forever.

Customer Service is the worst workers stand there doing nothing and can see when you need help and will not approach you. So they got hired for no help and customer service . I had to go to the register to ask for a shoe size since they don’t know how to help people

Bought Nike Swift 3 shoes as couldn't get my normal Asics shoes. Fantastic for 2 weeks then feet started hurting as cushioning started failing. Took back to JD Sport, talked to manager, apparently nothing they can do as the shoes are worn out! I thought Nike was meant to be a good brand, and assumed JD Sport would stand by the product they sell.

I had and still continue to have the worst experience. I wanted some shoes but the store didn't have them in my size so the cashier said she can order them and have them shipped to my house. A week and a half went by and no shoes so I called and they gave me customer service number so I canceled the order and never received my refund. I called several times and they said I have to talk to my bank about it because the refund was made and jd didn't even give me a code to give to my bank so I'm going out of my way to get my money that they took. It was so easy for them to take my money but can't refund me. This happened 8/25/23 and still no money returned 9/21/23 don't order shoes online from this store. It's a headache and ridiculous. Clearly I'm pissed tf off.

These people have a customer service issues, I can’t believe when a manager close a shoes box and throw it in my face. To be fair there’s such a sweet employee called angel, not sure if the name is right but she’s the best. The 1 star will be for her

I go in Here at least every other month and spend over 400 on shoes for my kids and I am always treated with exceptional customer service this last time I believe his name was Luis ( I’ll look at receipt and fix it if not ) but the employee was so helpful in finding the shoes at this time that I need it for myself, for my youngest went to the lines of showing me a new style of shoe that had just came out and issue cleaner was so helpful. This is why I choose this store over the others inside the mall. Customer service is always at an all time high with these employees.

I went in for a pair of work/rain boots. Shala {don't know if it's spelled correctly} was checking me out. Sedrione was assisting a customer with a reserved pick up. Shala just says "take her {as she was already in the middle of my transaction}. Sedrione did everything correctly, but Shala turns and says "you did it wrong". When in fact she did not.! Please complete one transaction at a time to avoid unnecessary confusion. It took two managers to correct the "non" mistake. Why four stars...I was so upset in the store, that I've decided to give a better rating now.
