Kelly the manager is very rude. Will not be coming back very unprofessional. Did not give me a refund for a shirt that had a hole in it. I did not see it until I got home. Came right back to the store the same day less than an hour later. She would not let me exchange the shirt and told me I must of done it on purpose. I just left the shirt on the counter. Not worth the headache.

I went into the store, asked if any of the employees know how the jeans fit etc and they all responded with, "we don't know, we don't shop here or wear the clothes here. We just work here!" As a business owner myself, I was appalled. If my employees represented the store and brand that way, they would be terminated immediately! I understand you get what you pay for, I guess even the customer service, all things considered. She was so dismissive and rude.

I purposefully remembered to come on here and write this review due to the poor customer service. Locking the doors before closing hours. How is this business supposed to make revenue? These young girls just don't want to work here.

AVOID! You can not return clothes, rude manager, she's awful to her staff, the clothes are cheap. Avoid! You also can't bring service dogs inside. All around terrible.

buy only what you know u dont need to return because the policy here is the worst ever!!! they have different owners per location so u can't exchange or return at the different owned locations which is obnoxious inconvenient & outright ridiculous.
