Sales person was very helpful. Gave me new information on new styles and brands of dress shoes. He also went on the dxl website and showed me different variations and colors of dress shoes including those not available in store but available on line. He was very informative and gave lots of different options to think about.

I receive the most exceptional customer service from (Aaron) every time I shop at DXL in Culver City. I'm shocked he has not been promoted to General Manager yet. Aaron needs a raise and promotion immediately.

Great customer service. The gentleman that helped me was very polite. I believe I talked to him on the phone days before my visit and then I met him in person. He helped me get cargo work pants for my new job.
