I'm very dissatisfied with this corporate office. I called to speak to a representative over an issue with my wife's tennis bracelet. I spoke to someone named Grace who was of no help at all, very rude and unprofessional. My wife and I both spoke with her to no avail so we asked to speak to her superior and she kept saying no, finally she passed the phone to another lady and that lady hung up in our face. We tried to called back and they kept hanging the phone up in our face. This is totally unacceptable and we are completely frustrated at this point. We have been valued customers for over 30 years. I purchased my wife's wedding ring/band, another tennis bracelet, multiple diamond earrings, watches etc. We have an issue that needs to be addressed and everyone is giving us the runaround. Why are they playing games with valued customers? Can someone with authority please reach out to me to have the issue addressed. In my opinion Grace needs to be retrained and taught how to communicate and deal with customers who have issues. Hopefully Grace is her real name, the way they were playing games I'm not sure at this point.
I need to speak with someone who can comprehend what I'm explaining to them.

Brought in a tangled chain purchased at another jewelry store and Robin was willing to take a look at it when other stores turned us away. So grateful to him for fixing the chain. Highly recommend this store. Lovely jewelry.

Not bad service but go up in price if you want quality on credit, or go to a pawn shop for low prices and high quality.

Why in the world would there need to be TWO hard credit checks for financing? It may be my fault, I had the money to buy my wife a necklace but I assumed it wouldn't hurt my credit that much. Never been so wrong in my life. Went from 730 to 670 in the blink of an eye. Horrible experience. They finance the exact amount of the purchase so it hits you with 100% usage. I paid off my balance in full the first month and I will never buy anything from here again.
