dan's the man ! he met me with a handshake and went above and beyond to ensure that i was not only familiar with my vehicle, but left completely satisfied.he took care of all the admin stuff before i arrived and took the time to help me familiarize myself with my new vehicle. i downloaded the volvo app and dan guided me through the perks of it. he even installed the temp plates on the vehicle so i wouldn't have to do it.thanks dan !

Arlene, Kervin, and Tony were an absolute pleasure to do business with! Arlene was super responsive, straightforward, and didn't waste my time with any gimmicks or questionable business practices. And on top of that, she had the most competitive prices around. Kervin delivered the car to my residence, and he was an absolute sweetheart. He helped us get acquainted with the tech features, and even gave us his cell number with instructions to reach out anytime if we have questions about the car. A few days later, both Arlene and Kervin both made sure to check in to see if I had any additional questions. We received amazing service from beginning to end, and then some. I love my new 2024 XC90 Recharge and it's all because of Arlene and her spectacular team. I had a terrible experience with Culver City Volvo’s service department. I ordered a new key for my car and they made a mistake with the programming so that my original key stopped working. I had to go back to the shop and waste another day to get it fixed. The service department was not very helpful or friendly. They did not admit their error or apologize for the inconvenience. They also questioned my honesty and did not listen to my feedback. I was not happy with their service and attitude. I do not think this dealer values their customers’ time and money. They need to improve their customer service and quality of work.
