Unfortunately been here twice in the past week.. but that's another story. Let's focus on the establishment and their services. I was greeted kindly, and efficiently. The exchange of insurance, information, and paperwork was done in a timely manner, then was led into one of the exam rooms which was clean and tidy. Nurse took vitals and basic info then the doctor came in not too long after that. Got a thorough, attentive and professional evaluation, at which point was recommended a shot. believe it or not, adults get a little nervous too and need to hold someone's hand. I was fortunate enough to have a super nice nurse and very special person there by my side, so Thank you D.S! Free parking lot is always a plus. ..and, yes.. I'll be ok :)

Very friendly staff. This urgent care is very clean and efficient. I would recommend it to friends and family.

Avoid at all cost!Even when there a 0 people in the queue or lobby you will wait a minimum of 50 minutes to be seen.From customer service to medical care, the staff seems to be very immature and inexperienced.The doctors and staff don't seem to communicate so during both of my visits I was given different information from the staff.Also had a terrible blood draw experience - it took 4x attempts before the nurse gave up to get help.Just not the group you want to deal with when your not in the best health.THE ABSOLUTE WORST!

Went in for chest discomfort and lightheadedness, I feel that the test and procedures taken were very good to pinpoint my problem, dr was very informative and reasonable, i feel like my questions were answered and he gave me very reasonable information regarding my health and follow up procedures. My personal experience was good at this location.

Oof stay far away! I came here for a cough/cold and had some really unprofessional service. My vitals were taken right away by a woman. 30 mins later, another woman comes in to take my vitals. She asks me what my name is because "she forgot." I told her I already had vitals done. She leaves. Another woman comes back in and asks for my height; weight and last menstrual cycle FROM THE DOOR... she didn't even shut the door when asking. As a woman, we all know this info can be sensitive. Again, back to waiting for a doctor. Overall, they seem frantic and rushed. The office was quiet and only 4 people ahead of me. Very weird and very unprofessional... don't come here!

Came in because I had suspicions that I had rsv and my wife calls me telling me that our kid was non stop crying (sick too) and so I asked them if it was ok if I get swabbed for everything in the book then contact me with the results. They said no problem and they rushed the doctor to check up on me right after then I left. Contacted me and emailed me my discharge papers! Thank you for all the help!

Go here only if you have routine needs (such as the flu or broken arm). My ab/intestine pain was so intense I went to this facility and saw Dr. Daniel Sciaroni. The labs results were negative (a good thing) and Dr. Sciaroni hoped the pain would have gone away by the time of the results. He was surprised when I told him they were worse. He wanted to give me antibiotics and I asked why given my symptoms were not related. He then decided to not give me antibiotics. He then ordered a CT scan. Two weeks later both my gyno and GI doctors were surprised and disappointed that he allowed an unnecessary dose of radiation into my body when my symptoms do not call for a CT scan as a next step. These two doctors noted that many times CA doctors in these type of urgent care facilities are covering their liability. I would strongly advise you do not go here if you do not have routine medical condition. If you want a Rx for antibiotics, this is your place. Additionally, while the staff is friendly in-person, they were forgetful and I had to make multiple phone calls for medical records, get the results of my labs, etc.

Horrible! I was very sick and they do not close until 8 pm. I walked in at 7:31 pm and was told they took their last patient at 7:30 pm. There was no one in the reception and everyone was just sitting around doing nothing behind the desk. The receptionist then asked what kind of insurance I have. I showed him my card - as if that was supposed to change his mind? I have Aetna - so that is not an issue. I would definitely go anywhere but here if you are sick. They would be shut down.

The facility is fine and I have no complaints about the care I received from the doctor. The staff at reception came off quite unprofessional and unkind - there's a real vibe that it's an unhappy work environment. Multiple employees have an inexplicably surly attitude and I've heard them trash talk patients while they still had people in the waiting room. Also, they say they close at 5, but don't bother going there thinking you can get help at 4:30. They'll close when they feel like it.

This by far is the worst urgent care in culver city! I don't know if the receptionist are new to the game or just lazy and don't care but they are all incompetent. I've been working in the medical field (billing) for over 10yrs.. If you want your time wasted and you not to be seen for at least 1hour, go ahead. There is a really good new urgent care right down the street where all the staff is knowledgeable and aware insurance's they take.

Doctor/care was fine but billing department is terrible. Charged me for my visit after reassuring me it was fully covered. One representative told me my insurance denied my claim, another said the claim was not even submitted as my insurance card was “too dark to read”. Do not sign the form authorizing them to charge your card at a later date (beyond the co-pay) if you are able.

Clean atmosphere and fast service. You can check in from your phone which sped up the process. They accepted my insurance and I didn’t even have a copay & didn’t have to pay for medication. Thank you!

If you're looking for an urgent care, I highly recommend this office:have always had exceptional experiences at this office. It might seem odd to say this about a doctor’s office, but when compared to the carelessness and apathy exhibited at many other medical facilities, this urgent care is a breath of fresh air. It should set the gold standard for doctor’s visits. The front desk staff, whether answering phones or greeting you as you walk in, are friendly and helpful in a genuine, unrehearsed manner. The medical assistants, like Mitne extend the same courteousness, displaying patience, kindness, and informative assistance.I'm sure like me you're all used to, arriving early for your appointment, yet not being seen until well past the scheduled time, while if we are late even once, we’re told we can’t be seen at all that day. However, that has never been the case for me at UrgentMed. During my most recent appointment, I was seen almost immediately after, and even during my last visit amidst the Covid shutdown, while there was a wait, the organization and efficiency ensured my wait time was no more than 20 minutes, if that. it helps to call before hand and ask about the wait time, while they can’t provide an exact duration, they will share how many people are currently waiting in the office.The cleanliness of the office is impeccable, making it probably the cleanest doctor’s office I’ve ever visited. I've been in some offices where I feel like I'm going to leave sicker than I was when I arrived. i've been in some offices where I feel like I'm going to leave sicker than I was when I arrived.Most importantly, Dr. Sciaroni has never made me feel rushed, a feeling that has become all too common in many doctor’s offices. He’s friendly and warm, making the overall experience highly commendable.

Relatively short wait, doctor took me seriously and made sure I got the treatment I needed. Sent in prescriptions to my pharmacy right away so I could start recovering ASAP. Quiet, clean facility with plenty of parking.
