Nobody greets you when you walk in, so my money walked out the door. Prices on car didn't match online . The owner should look online and see all those salesmen letting customers walk in and out.

My 4 star review is for the dealership but I give a 5 star review for Shally. I didn't speak to the other employees there. (Frankly, I just watched a lot of high fives being thrown around from employee to employee). Anyway, Shally was all business. She took my call on a Friday and told me to come right in as I have been trying to make decisions on end of lease possibilities. She was the first one at Toyota to truly give me options that I could understand. Without going into too much detail, I left her on Friday with the info I needed to make a decision. Due to my work travel, I was not able to finish my business at that dealership. Also, that dealership was supposedly short-staffed on a Monday? But I want to give credit where credit is due, Shally followed up with me and made sure that I was taken care of, and now I have successfully transferred my car to what I need. Thank you Shally.

Our experience with George Boktar and Alexis was better than great. Their customer service was exceptional, our needs and desires were actively listened to, discussed, and we left with enthusiasm and a new vehicle with better than we expected specs! Thank you both so much. - Ali and Sepi Bakhtiar

I brought my new 23' Tacoma in under warranty for a squeaky sound when driving and stepping into the truck. The sound was clearly coming from the front suspension (any non-trained, trained, or regular ass non trick owning person could clearly hear it was coming from front suspension area) and NOT my Toyota dealer installed cat converter cover. When I dropped my truck off immediately the staff was accusing me of driving rough, fast and off road and over potholes and they said you might have to pay for it out of pocket if we determine that you caused this issue and they immediately gave me a quote of $500 just to break it down and check the issue of concern. I came to pick up my truck the dealer said no issue was found and it was the CAT converter cover and no work was performed. After I signed my receipt I noticed all my front left suspension was greased heavily. The dealer said they didn't do it. I knew it was them cause ai sure as hell don't know about car mechanics and that's why I have and also bought an extended warranty, so I can supposed highly trained and skilled professionals care for my truck. I took my truck to new Toyota dealer Anaheim Toyota and immediately they were nice and took care of me, even paying for my Lyft home!!!!! They did a diagnostic and said you need a new body mount and all front bushings but since you greased all your front suspension it won't be covered warranty the bushings and second you should never ever ever grease rubber bushings on metal it's very dangerous and can cause slipping. I told Anaheim Toyota I didn't do that, stupid ass Culver City Toyota did that after telling me it was nothing to do with front suspension , but then still they said they greased my front suspension 'cause they could tell I took it off roading' . Anaheim Toyota said we can get your bushings under warranty if you can get it documented by Culver City Toyota that they greased your bushings. After weeks of playing dumb like saying oh I just want to keep maticulous documentation of my service records and I need the greasing they did documented to the service staff at Culver City Toyota begging them please can you change the service report indicating you did in fact grease my front suspension after the service manager asked the tech confirming that he did in fact grease all my front suspension the service manager finally at least noted they had greased the front bushings and some other area but wouldn't note any of the other parts they greased. I took documentation back to Anaheim Toyota and was able to get my truck fixed. After this whole ordeal I was out a few hundred bucks from talking a Lyft and Uber everywhere. Don't ever go here don't trust these scum bags they do not know what they're doing. Unskilled shit heads. And lastly my truck is a TRD off road, yes I took it on a trail that's what it was for. I drive slow and careful on the trails but I do take it on trails. It's my truck I can do whatever the *uck I want with it. I do take great care of it as it is a 50k investment. Culver City Toyota is terrible. Also Anaheim Toyota noted it was actually very dangerous for any dealer to send you on your to be driving around with a broken body mount. Culver City Toyota will not take you seriously and risk your life.

Car purchase with Arturo Missoni went very smooth. Arturo is their online sales connection. He made sure that I was well informed and sent me several documents in advance so I didn't have to spend all day at the dealership. He also called to let me know when I could test drive a similar car since it is very challenging to do test drives now. Arturo did a great job and completed his part of the process in less than two hours, including dealing with the trade-in. Had to go back to get roof racks installed, and Arturo made sure I was out in a hour (which is great because the service guy originally said 3 hours until I got Arturo involved). Really great experience working with Arturo.

I didn’t buy a car, but certainly would in the future. I actually sold my Tacoma to Elena at Culver City Toyota tonight and the experience was no doubt the best I’ve ever had buying or selling a car. Elena originally worked me over the phone and followed up by text to keep me engaged. She was exceptional! Professional, friendly and she really knew what she was doing. Pepe also helped out and he as well did a great job. If you have a car to sell, reach out to Elena. They gave me too dollar for my Tacoma and I couldn’t be happier

They were amazing from start to finish! Found the car online emailed them at 2AM Miguel messaged me the next day and answered every question I had as well as sent me pictures and a video. Put down a deposit for the car, they went threw inspection from top to bottom to make sure car was up to there standards before selling. Everything was great! Before I knew it, it was shipped out and in my drive way. Highly recommend!

Good experience purchasing a certified pre owned ‘19 Corolla hatchback 09/28/23. After some hard negotiation I was able to leave with a monthly payment that was right on budget for me. Knocking one star because I later found two small (fixable) dents in the roof so just don’t make my mistake and look thoroughly at the interior and exterior before you buy a used car here. Otherwise it drives like a gem.

Although satisfied with an experience a year ago for my 2015 RAV4, after this latest visit, I'm convinced that Culver City Toyota are HIGHWAY ROBBERS. Thinking my aging battery was going bad, I scheduled to have it checked, and to perform a 40K minor service ("minimum of $110"). They said a new battery would be $155, plus installation.Arriving at the service queue, they immediately tried to sell me a set of four tires based only on the tire dates, not on the tire condition (which was fine). I declined.Regarding the battery, the advisor, Rosie, cautioned that if it tested good, and I didn't need a new one, they'd charge $219 for the test. Expressing my shock, she said, "Well, someone has to pay for the technician's time" (since the test takes about 3 minutes, that would put the technician's time at over $4,000/hr). I declined.Rosie then persuaded me to buy an Advantage Care Contract, assuring it would include any 40K service items. Because I purchased the contract, she offered to check the battery for free. I accepted. After a two-hour wait, Rosie said that the battery needed replacing, and that the technician recommended fixing four other items for about $1,500. Asking how much for the battery, she said something over $300 (I think it was $390, but, in shock, I might've heard wrong). Inquiring about the difference between $155 and the $300+ number, she said it was for installation (more than the battery itself)! I declined everything and drove to an auto battery shop, which tested it for free, and sold me a new one for $135, plus $30 for installation.Later, explaining my experience to a Toyota regional area representative, he speculated that it "sounds like things have gotten out of control at Culver City Toyota," and agreed that the technician's repair recommendations sound "way over the top" for a well-kept car with only 40K miles.Be forewarned!

Just as everyone in 2023, I just had to buy a Tesla. However, Tesla Motors didn't offer an adequate trade-in for my Lexus, nor did Lexus BH or CarMax, but Culver City Toyota did!Robert Tekeyan made the experience very positive and the transaction was very smooth. I received the check on the very next day. Mr. Tekeyan unexpectedly proved that selling car to a dealership can be a pleasant and even rewarding experience.

Bought a 86 coupe at this location 4 months ago. I experienced the most overt sexism: refusal to show me financials: refusal for service (until my husband showed up). Some of the guys weren’t as bad as the others but it was astonishing considering I own my own business and pretty much paid the car outright with cash. I would not recommend this location. The manager on duty was the worst.

I don't recommend this place for you to repair your car.Never in my life have I had a bad experience at a dealer. This is the worst experience I have had in my entire life regarding the repair of a car. took my 2014 Toyota Prius to repair. I have taken it to repair 3 time And the three times I've paid them my money and they haven't done the job it looks like or it's a scam. Supposedly they are professional people who work in mechanics who know what they do they know how to repair but it's not true they leave things worse than they were they damaged my car is worse than before. I took him to have the lights that They tell you when they give you the car that they have repaired the problem but when you drive more than 10 o 25 miles the problem goes back to your car and you have to pay them more because they repair it again.had been turned on from the ABS and another brake light that are related to each other but they did not repair any of the lights. worst of the case that it seems that the manager is a scoundrel like the workers because if you see in my comment the manager says Julio contact me to be able to help you we help you here we want all our customers to leave happy I sent many messages to him to his email that he mentions in my ad and to date he never answered me it is just a way for them to He tried to communicate with him and he never answered. He's a fake. He's a thief just like the others. The massage that the manager or manager is embarrassed because he tries to deceive people by saying communicate with me. And he never responds to emails sent to his address.
