This is the best jeweler I’ve ever been to. My platinum engagement and wedding rings had flattened due to the malleability of the metal and due to wear. My engagement ring is vintage from the 1920’s and has very intricate detail work in the setting that had broken, and both rings had loose and missing gemstones and diamonds. I have previously gone to a couple different jewelers, as this isn’t the first time my rings have suffered from wear, but no other jeweler has done such beautiful and precise work before. They even fixed some of the shoddy repair work of previous jewelers. In addition to the amazing work they did on my rings, I was running late to pick them up, and they stayed behind late to make sure I got them in time for a trip. I’m so happy to have found them, and they will be my forever jeweler from now on!

Came in with heirloom stones my father left me, Greg answered all my questions, took my opinion into consideration , and ultimately designed a beautiful one of a kind ring that I absolutely adore and will hopefully one day pass to my children. I could not be any happier with the process and experience. If you need any custom work done look no further. Greg and his assistant Luis are stand up guys. 10 stars.

I love them. They always get the job done perfectly & they are truly wonderful people. I've come here for countless repairs: earrings, bracelets, etc. Today I came because I snatched & broke my anklet and needed the end to be repaired. When I got there, they determined it was actually a quick fix, fixed it in 5 minutes right in front of me & then when I asked how much I owed they told me no charge & to have a good weekend. Literally the best people.

I had a complicated ring resizing job bc rings are heirloom wedding rings with engravings, and one is made of 3 rings welding together. Right away I could tell they were experts as they recognized the risk of damaging the engravings and the 3 rings separating when heated. However, they came out perfectly!! They were ready faster than I expected. He even did a complimentary cleaning and helped me with my engagement ring (that I tried to fix 3 times at other jewelers and always have the same issue). Also it warmed my heart to see how everyone treated all the customers with great care. Even though I live a few neighborhoods away, this is the only jeweler I ever want to work with! Can't thank you guys enough!!

My mother passed leaving me some jewelry in disrepair so I took them here. Three of the pieces weren't real so I chose not to bother to have them repaired. The other three were minor adjustments that he quickly did while we talked about the impending rain. He wouldn't let me pay him for the repairs saying they were easy fixes. Such a generous spirit, literally he is a GEM to have in the neighborhood!

I brought my favorite necklace in for a repair because the tiny little ring that connects the clasp to the chain had broken off. The jeweler attached a new one in less than 5 minutes and didn't even charge me for the repair! I'm so glad to have found such a great jeweler within walking distance of my home, and I'll definitely be back for any future jewelry needs!

This is my second time using Greg. Both he and his work are fantastic! I had to have surgery on my hand so my wedding ring had to be cut off my finger (which he did). Now a year later, my hand has adjusted post surgery, I revisited Greg and he resized my wedding ring and polished it up and it looks just as beautiful as the day I got it 34 years ago. He also repaired an earring whose stone had fallen out. You couldn't get a more honest and detail oriented jeweler than Greg. When I went to pick up my jewelry, his wife and daughter were there. It just reminds me how important it is to support local businesses. Thank you for your work! I will definitely be using this place in the future.

The reviews here are all true. Greg is one of a kind! Very quick, generous, and good at what he does. He tightened my engagement ring and polished it up so it looks brand new! I will be back! My new go-to jeweler!

Had my lobster clasp replaced twice at another store and it kept on breaking. I had to have it fixed twice from them totaling $90. I came to Greg after and it cost $40 to replace the clasp. It ended up breaking a week later and we realized the previous store bent my bracelet. Greg found a solution and replaced it again, free of charge!

My parrot popped out the jewel out of my atud earring today, and I found this shop. It had high ratings and was nearby. My boyfriend graciously took my damaged stud earring to the center and it was fixed in a couple of minutes! The very kind gentleman fixed it for free, and discussed how parrots love getting into these kinds of shenanigans. I asked my boyfriend how the earring was doing and when it’ll be returned. He showed me the fixed and better than before stud earring! The shop owner even cleaned it and it is way more shiny and better than before!!
I needed to share this because you don’t always come across such kindness and thoughtfulness but testament comes to show that sometimes you do!
I’ve read over reviews and I’ll be heading over to clean other items but also check out their jewelry.
I look forward to meeting this kind shop owner too!
