“I never wrote a review for a clothing store, but Vanessa, the manager went way above and beyond to help me out, and she deserves all the stars!! Ordered online for the first time and the sizes run small for me, so she was very quick in exchanging for a larger size. Annnnd, I had ordered a skirt, thinking it's a combo incl top. But the top apparently wasn't included, so she offered me to look at other stores and found one at another place, called that place and asked them to hold it for me. I really appreciated it because the skirt was final sale and it would've been super difficult for me to match it w something else because of the design of the skirt. Ahhh thank you Vanessa ?”

“I walked into the store looking for collar stays. There was a customer in front of me and the shopkeeper stated just wait a moment. When the shopkeeper had a moment break with the other customer, he just handed me a pair of collar stays and said "just take them". Unfortunately I didn't have any cash on me at the moment just to tip him for the generosity. Great customer service and I thank you.”

“Yesterday Sat - the first day of Spring was first time in an Aeropostale store. And even though I am not a young adult - I was allowed to browse there! Not only that but the clothes and the staff were and are really cool! And in particular was a Ms. RD. She was especially really cool!! “I love this Ross, especially the good vibes from the employees. They always have a smile when they greet the customers. I would have put five stars but lately there has been more shoplifters walking out the store with massive amounts of stuff. It's noticeable that employees and managers are upset that these people could get away with stealing and return back for more.”
