Refuses to provide Exam/SOAP notes/Reports for insurance claim, been waiting for over 6 weeks. Don't recommend, overall terrible experience from intake, treatment, and to now.

Are Cat Almost Died because of this place. They Charged us $600 Dollars and did zero help for our cat. Zero Blood Work Nothing... Even though it was needed badly. Drs don't care and are completely unqualified to be Vets. They even forgot the Pet Cone 3 times. We had to ask for it 3 times. Even Though we paid for it.

I will always be grateful for this animal hospital they saved 2 of my dogs. One of my dogs was hit by a car they took her in right away and literally brought her back to life. When I brought my second dog he is was puppy I had just bought from the previous owner I did not know he was sick the next day he passed out we rushed him to this hospital and they were able to revive him. I did not think my dogs were going to make it but the staff here were able to work miracles.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. These people are scam artists who prey on people trying to save their pets. They charged my mom $2000 to examine her cat that was hit a car only to tell her that there’s nothing they can do. Then charged her $300 because she did not want the ashes. I could sue these scumbags. Rest in peace Sparky.

Traumatizing experience. They will gouge your credit card, take your pet without you so you are at they're mercy. I heard my cat upset in the back. Workers seemed angry, telling me there's no hope. Just go somewhere else.

Had a good experience helpful when my cat was feeling sick for a few days and she had an accident that isn't normal for her. Was able to get her fluids and nausea medicine. Very understanding and helpful staff and doctors.

Got turned away earlier today because they were short staffed and were only taking "stat" emergencies, and internal bleeding was apparently not serious. Wound up going to Access instead, who were cheaper, faster, and better care. We were seen there in under 30 minutes, whereas I've never had a pet get seen in under 5 hours at City of Angels. We have used City of Angels for 5 other visits over the last 5 years for our 2 cats and dogs, and they have always felt predatory, but today, having a receptionist diagnose our dog - we didn't get triaged - was the last straw.Go anywhere else, these folks suck.

So far this place is pretty good. Very informative, I didn't like how I (the actual owner) was listed as "wife". When I made very clear, this was my baby.. I do however appreciate the assistant to the Dr. Her name is Cynthia. She fixed that and has been super attentive to our Dog Apollos needs. Along with the Dr that helped us yesterday. Unfortunately our baby was diagnosed with Inflammatory brain disease.

Their primary focus is on money, NOT saving your pet.

Don't use this place for an "emergency" if you want your pet to live. Waiting TWO days before giving a dog with obvious brain issues an MRI IS unacceptable. This is supposed to be an emergency hospital but won't run the required tests in a timely fashion. Dog had a brain bleed that they didn't treat for TWO DAYS because they didn't have the "availability" to do an MRI. Sadly leaving this issue untreated for two days led to the death of the dog because there was too much pressure on the brain. How can an "emergency hospital" make one wait for TWO DAYS knowing the dog needed an MRI. After diagnosing the problem they took a very blase approach to treating the issue. The dog spent two days in their icu before the MRI and then 3 more days after. When the first drugs used weren't working after 24 hours, they didn't attempt to use different one or to even drill a small hole in the skull to relieve the pressure. In my opinion, this place is over crowded and under staffed when it comes to doctors. This place cares more about making money for its shareholders than caring for animals. I'm so angry and disgusted.

I did not go. However, I kept calling their number and it would ring once and then hang up. Like if the number no longer works or if the calls were forwarded to a non voicemail.

We are here at this HORRIBLE place right now. Here is a break down of our experience. - We've been waiting for almost 6 hours when they told us it would be 3 - We have explained the problem with our dog to 3 different people now - For the last 4 hours we have had no updates on our dog - She has issues with being left alone in new places and we've heard her whining for the last hour...we just found out she has been waiting in a room for the last 3.5 hours. - Rather than having anyone come out to talk to us, the doctor called us on the phone. Unfortunately, we missed the call and let the front staff know. The front desk staff said, the doctor would call us back. 20 mins later (our dog continues to yelp), we call back ourselves. We get a hold Of the doctor to re-tell our story AGAIN. We're still waiting... - We still need to take our dog somewhere else for x-rays - As a result of these careless individuals, our dog will have trust issues and anxiety

Called at midnight to bring in my Frenchie who's been vomiting excessively and they told me it would be 3-4 hours to talk to a doctor. We walked in shortly after and there were 2 people waiting. In the entire lobby. We walked out and waited until 8am to go to her regular vet.

Extremely rude staff. 7 hour wait. Endless useless tests to show nothing was wrong with my pet who was crying and in pain and couldn’t walk all day. All they wanted to do was give pain medicine (which is extremely dangerous for dogs) and send her on the way. Keeping a dog in a kennel for 6 hours before even being seen is ridiculous, inhuman and cruel. Every-time I asked for updates which was every 2 hours I was told this was a emergency hospital you need to wait. We don’t give people appointment times. I think after 6 hours some sort of update would have been nice. On top of it we were instructed to wait outside in the 45 degrees weather or sit in our car. $1,000 later to be told nothing and they kept pushing pain meds which we refused. Don’t waste your time or put your let through this nightmare go anywhere else. If I could give 0 stars I would. Thank you for stressing my family and dog out and not being able to do your job to see what’s wrong with her.
