On October 23 I bought 10 car wash for $49.95. After I paid I got a receipt and the gate opened for me to continue to the wash machine. On November 10 I came the next time to wash my car, but denied. They claimed that when I paid on the 23rd. The machine issued a ticket which I did not pick up, so any one could taken the ticked and they relate to the ticket as used. They even show me a picture of a ticket in the machine. My questions are: 1. If I paid and tots receipt why they immediately open the gate for me to drive to the washing, before picking the ticket? Isn't it contributory negligence? 2. When they show me the picture of the issued ticket I could not determined that it was for me. I would like to see a clear picture showing it is issued to my car. 3. For the sake of argument even if they are right , Isn't it Bad behavior towards customers?

I used to come here for a car washes, stopped coming because it wasn't the best, but I was in the area today thought I'd get a quick wash and wow it's somehow worse than before. The car wash STICKS like awful sewage. Held my nose the whole way through. Got out to dry the car and half the car was covered in soap. After wiping it away with paper towels I used my microfiber towels but it wasn't enough to get the soap water spots off. The car stank inside like the actual car wash did and I bought a air freshener to try and help. I ran to my trusted car wash near home to wash it again worried something was going to stain. Avoid this car wash

Went to this car wash today for the 1st. time. I bought the wash that was right under the hand wax. I saw my car go through the wash. I went outside, could not find my car. I went over to the vacuum side and here is my car in line for another vacuum. I asked what was going on and the "manager" I suppose said he didn't know what happened but he'd get my car in there right away,. It was finally done, I got in my car, my passenger side right seat had not been vacuumed or cleaned. No air freshener. So here I go again, talk to the "manager" he said ok we will put it through again. I'm like no, I've been here long enough, I'm out.. I actually told him when I drove up that I have heard good reviews and bad reviews so I wanted to see for myself. Guess what.... The bad ones are 100% spot on. Unbelievable. They are worse than Handy J's in Culver city... didn't think it could get worse. it does.

It says on Google here that the carwash closes at 8:00pm, so when I tried to go at 7:00 p.m. to get my car washed because I pay for the monthly membership, I arrived and noticed that it was closed down. I parked my car and walked inside to the attendant and asked why, and they explained to me that because of daylight savings time they close 1 hour early. I can understand that, but it would have been nice to see that change reflected online so I didn't have to waste the gas and drive over when it says that it's open until 8:00pm. However, not only were the hours of service posted incorrectly, but the attendant that I had tried to ask for assistance from was extremely rude and had a slightly aggressive tone with me when I tried to inquire. He didn't even turn to face me at first when I walked in and he told me that they closed early, but I wasn't upset and I just said "Oh okay, no worries". Then, I told him that I had just gotten a new car and asked if I could purchase a new monthly carwash plan for the new vehicle, at least if that was possible to do since the wash was closed? But that's when his tone became condescending and increased in aggression stating that he wouldn't be able to do it when the car wash is closed, which I was not aware of that I couldn't even get a sticker put on my car after the car wash was closed.

Bought a car wash card for $50. The machine didn't give me a receipt or a card. I stayed there for about 30 mins arguing with the manager juan to rectify the issue with his broken machine. He said he couldn't do anything about it. He asked me to come back in a week with my bank statement because the payment was still pending. He also said it's out of his control, that he couldn't write me a note to document the incident. All this to say I paid $50 for a car wash card that shows on my credit card, don't have the car wash card or the receipt to prove it only my bank statement. So I'll have to go back in a week or two with my bank statement to get my card. Wow!!. How lame. Car washes are supposed to be quick, not last two weeks

Price gouging. 50-60 cents above what neighboring stations are charging at all times. Shell at Venice/overland just up the street is significantly lower

Signed up for their monthly car wash deal. On my second visit, the attendant with the pre-wash brush scratched my car. I got out and talked to the guys, they took pics and wrote down my info. A day later I got an email from "Matt Poulder" claiming he looked into the claim and chose to deny it. He arbitrarily accused me of having "many scratches on my door" - it's a brand new car. Avoid this place like the plague if you care about your car and expect a decent customer experience.

Gas prices are consistent with those around same area and are on the high side. Super friendly and I've seen them help out customers they know when they need it, which is why I go. It's super clean no matter when I go.
