Bad service opening a Trust Account. Guy refused to open account event though I had a regular account under my name in previous years. Ridiculous Moving Trust Account to WELLS FARGO.

I'm sorry to have to agree with the other reviewers. Today I had to deal with the incredibly rude, immature manager. A terrible role model for the employees. Models a total lack of respect and care toward customers. It's a loss when a neighborhood establishment, where we've experienced one great manager after another, gets ruined by one person. Will not be returning.

I could not believe the service the bankers gave us today. My mom is disabled and in a wheelchair. They refused to even acknowledge her presence when we came in. She wanted to ask them a simple question and they told us to call for an appt and walked away. They would not even consider answering a basic banking question. Nelson was rude and standoffish toward her. The manager was even worse! This is the most unprofessional poorly run branch we have ever been to. It was pure elderly discrimination and lack of respect or consideration for the customers. They were not with any customers at the time.

Went in to address a fairly simple account item during business hours, but there were no bankers at the, you know, "bank". I was politely told that I could come back in two hours to meet with someone. I would call this a glorified ATM, where you can set up appointments to meet with bankers at some point in the future, but not particularly convenient as a "bank".

The manager doesn’t seem to understand basic banking principles. We needed help with a basic task on our account and she had no clue what to do. Other employees run around looking busy, but customers are waiting to be helped. I tried to go in on Saturday and now they are closed on Saturdays. Every bank has Saturday hours. No one EVER answers the phone. They need help with customer service training.

The bankers here are so very rude! Nelson was disrespectful to my elderly disabled mother who never says a mean thing about anyone. He wasn't with a customer and could not answer a simple question for her. He didn't want to help her and would rather sit there looking at his cell phone. I approached the manager who had five frozen pizzas in his hand and didn't even bother to acknowledge my mother. She has been a customer with chase for many years. This is how they treat their valued customers? I'll take my money elsewhere and so should you. I was appalled at their customer service.

This chase Bank on Jefferson and Overland discriminated me on the open serving white customers who came after me with no appointment. Also they claimed they have no Bankers to help me while I see them sitting in their booth doing nothing. The person who discriminated me is as shown in the picture.

Customer service is trash- worse than what you'd expect at a McDonald's. People are rude and unhelpful. I closed my chase account today because I am so tired of dealing with them. Whether you call a brand or the customer service line- garbage.

I came in this bank because they had three stars instead of the two stars that all the other chase banks have, but was more disappointed in this one than all of them. I came in there with a very simple question as their online support couldn't even figure out why I couldn't add a new recipient and was promised a call back, which I never received. I was told the best thing is to go into the branch. All I had to do is pull it up And see if he knew a different button or not. Instead the manager, of all people, said that he had to sit there and wait because he had an appointment at 11. I said great we can work on it until they get here, and he said NO.... I can't talk to you until the 15 minutes is over. For all the money that I have in that bank one would've thought he would've been kind enough to do what he could until the person showed or didn't show. Just another reason to take my money out of the bank!

It takes to long for a banker to see you. Because they are busy doing other stuff.
