Bad service opening a Trust Account. Guy refused to open account event though I had a regular account under my name in previous years. Ridiculous Moving Trust Account to WELLS FARGO.

This chase Bank on Jefferson and Overland discriminated me on the open serving white customers who came after me with no appointment. Also they claimed they have no Bankers to help me while I see them sitting in their booth doing nothing. The person who discriminated me is as shown in the picture.

Customer service is trash- worse than what you'd expect at a McDonald's. People are rude and unhelpful. I closed my chase account today because I am so tired of dealing with them. Whether you call a brand or the customer service line- garbage.
