I was in a rush to get to the bathroom right before depositing my cash and was swiftly stopped. I asked a chase worker if I could use the restroom and was yelled at and told no. It would have been fine if they were nice and just apologized that they couldn't offer me a bathroom but no, so that lead me to writing this review. Would not recommend

If I had the choice of leaving my money with the crackhead on the corner telling me he’s going through withdrawals or banking with this branch, I have a feeling all of my money would be spent on crack. Unfortunately this would still be the smarter financial decision than dealing with Kevin at this Chase Bank. I walked in at 4:29 pm attempting to set up a business account with Chase. Kevin then told me that all of their representatives were busy helping customers. I have attached a photo of the branch below of how busy the branch was; I didn’t see another customer being assisted in the whole branch. When I brought this to Kevin’s attention, he proceeded to say “it takes roughly 40-45 mins to set up an account, and we’re not going to do that for you is what I’m trying to tell you.” I then suggested I try setting up the account l, and if it took too long I would leave when they closed if unable to complete by 5:00. He then said they wouldn’t attempt that. I then watched Kevin walk back to talk to his friends in the corner- I can only assume he was trying to put his thumb in his sass, while discussing weekend plans. My intuition leads me to believe this since he was too busy to try and remedy my situation, and chose to previously lie to me about representatives not being available. If someone wants to share this review with his supervisor it would be greatly appreciated as it is clear he is unwilling to work the last 6% of his work day. As a result, I would recommend decreasing his salary by the adjusted amount.

I love that this location has ATMs that are not locked inside a room that you need to slide your card to get into. This is only because I've noticed the secure rooms that do require you to slip your card to get in do not allow access during off hours when the branches are closed so for people like me with really whacky early mornings I can't access their atms. Now they I know this location is outdoors I know I can access my chase account at any hour of the day!

Still a horrible place to do any banking. I once again deposited a check and was told it had a 2 day hold. Now take into consideration that I have over 30x the amount of the check on deposit at Chase. yes 30 times. They kept a hold on the check for 5 days. It cleared my other bank 5 days ago but chase kept a hold on the check for the week. Go anywhere else. I think the Culver City Branch is probably the worst run bank branch I have ever had to deal with.

The tellers are very nice. They will let you buy rolled quarters. I feel safe there.

So this is what banking has come to...I would say don't come here, as they're wildly unprofessional, but what are your options really? Wells Fargo is going to open accounts under your name without your consent, BofA is can't be disturbed, as they're clearly busy eating glue. So you're left with Chase. Anyway, have your pillow bring a pillow cause it's going to take a while as you sit, wait, and watch the bank staff hang out and chill.Pro tip: don't call in - they're not going to pick up. You're better off just waiting in the branch.

I am having trouble with chase bank lately. I purchased a certified check and I had to cancel it because the names smudged off. The entire incident took 6 weeks to clear up causing my personal checking in negative balance. Yes, I am upset, but not disrespectful.Yes, I am upset, but not abusive. The bank manager threatened to have me arrested for being upset.Chase customer service is extremely poor. Time to find another bank.Jesse DYes, I am upset

An employee named Philip was very rude to me. He did not solve any of my issues I had and frustrated me because he didn't know how to do his job. Might as well go back to training

I am so frustrated with this bank. No one has any sense of urgency when there is a need to expedite things. I needed to reach a different department for documentation and I was asked if I had the number. The only reason they didn't get one star is because noone has been directly rude to me. But I've been to this branch multiple times without getting my needs addressed. I'm afraid to go to another branch and have to start all over again. I will be moving all accounts from Chase once I get everything settled. I need a bank that shows that they care about my concerns and needs.

The incompetence of their staff is making a case for the widespread closure of retail banking branches.

Terrible experience with parking, ended up getting a parking ticket while in their parking lot. If I want to make a quick transaction this shouldn't be a worry

Horrible experience at this bank. Only been here a handful of times prior and it’s never been a good experience. Today started off terribly in the parking lot when I pulled into a spot designed for “Parking for Bank Patrons Only”. Some guy (not even the lot attendant) stood on the other end of the lot and told me that I wasn’t allowed to park there and that it’s for employees only. I told him the sign says it’s for bank patrons and I’m going to the bank. He says I can park anywhere else but that particular spot because this was for employees only. There was no sign stating it was for employees only and I was on a telemedicine call at that time with a Doctor (waitlisted for over 3 months). I stayed to finish the call before I left and an employee pulled up. I hadn’t finished with my call yet and the employee parked their car and walked over to get the actual attendant to kick me out of the spot. I ended up moving because there was an open spot in the corner (super tight and had to park diagonally to fit) and they were being very rude about it telling me to park somewhere else. Mind you, there is no signage for employee parking anywhere. If you want to reserve parking spots in the lot for employees, maybe procure some signage to let customers know it’s for employees only? Anyways, do better Chase Bank.

You know that most Chase branches are nice and helpful and Accommodating. This branch is just the opposite. The manager is rude and condescending and well a &&$#€. Been with Chase before it was Washington Mutual. This branch attracts horrible managers. Go to any other branch for business. They are all around California. It's worth the drive just to not be punished by this group.
