I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the terrible attention and deplorable service I received at the Champs Sports store on Sepúlveda Street, Culver City. My experience was extremely disappointing and deserves to be shared to warn other potential clients.
Recently, I went to this store with the intention of exchanging a defective product I had purchased. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the lack of professionalism on the part of the staff. After waiting a considerable time to be served, I finally approached an employee who, unfortunately, turned out to be rude and dismissive.
The employee in question, who was noticeably large, not only flatly refused to accept an exchange for the defective product, but also treated me in a disrespectful and discriminatory manner. He made derogatory and discriminatory comments towards me for being Hispanic, which is unacceptable in any situation, but especially in a business environment where respect and professionalism are expected.
Even though I clearly explained the problem with the product and presented my receipt, the employee was completely uninterested in helping me or finding a proper solution. His arrogant attitude and refusal to comply with the store's exchange policy only served to compound my frustration.
It is unacceptable that a store like Champs Sports allows its staff to treat customers in such a derogatory and discriminatory manner. The lack of customer service and the mistreatment received have left a very negative impression of this store.
In summary, my visit to the Champs Sports store on Sepulveda Street, Culver City, was a negative experience in all aspects. The lack of customer service, the discriminatory treatment of the staff, and the refusal to accept a legitimate product exchange are reasons enough not to recommend this place to anyone. I hope management takes immediate action to address these critical issues and improve customer service.

Champs is the place to go to find good deals. While in LA I needed shirts. I stopped by this location and grabbed some. I'll be back.

It's a fantastic store a great place to find athletics clothes sports teams clothing Such as team jackets, basketball shorts, hats and jerseys ect, It also has a very nice selection of tennis shoes. I've been shopping here for years and will continue to do so
